Having contacted this company on two separate occasions today I was advised of the cost in changing my flight dates. This was extremely helpful and the change was made, however 8 hours later I was called back and advised that due to their mistake there would be a further charge for "tax's" nearly doubling the initial cost. After speaking with a belligerent and clueless supervisor I was left with no option but to pay their extra charge even though no 'tax'increase had been made. This is yet another scam that ticket companies and this one in particular seem to have come up with. after requesting a contact email I was fobbed off with some generic customer care contact which going by their their care so far would be next to useless. I work within the travel tour industry and I am amazed that in this day a company can have so little regard for their clients.
