I bought a pair of Adidas Paris, because Adidas for some reason doesn't offer them in the US.
After I purchased and paid (including shipping ) UPS hits me with a 50% "Customs fee". It would be nice to know before I purchase how much of these stupid tariffs my idiotic president burdened us with are going to cost before I hit "purchase"....the shoes are great, the hidden costs not so much...

1st and foremost let’s talk about the shipping! Ordered July 1st and I had the shoe in hand July 3rd!!it started in MADRID SPAIN and I am in Chicago, IL. BLEW MY MIND!! A1 shipping. There were addtl tariffs but that was totally expected. I ordered the Care Bear X Adidas Grumpy Bear sneaker and I am in love with them. The shoe (and its box) were received in excellent shape. No complaints whatsoever.Going forward Footdistrict will definitely be my go-to for EU releases that I cannot get here in the US. GOOD JOB!

My delivery was extended with one business day, and the hat in the parcel wasn't packed properly.

ZERO. Please, run from this company. Bad customer support, weird and illegal rules related to returns and shipping, PLUS+++: I RECEIVED A USED/DISPLAY PRODUCT, completely scratched, inside a shipping box 20 times bigger than the sunglasses (€123), completely loose inside the box—no, the box did not damage the sunglasses—completely disgusting.
There's no excuse for scamming people by selling €100+ products as if they were new and creating all this disturbance and stress for customers. They tried to scam me. It did not work because I was faster than them, so avoid the headache. There are tons of legit and trustworthy stores selling the same products.

Save yourself.

I am very disappointed after my first order. It was shipped via UPS and, after three delivery attempts (in the morning and at noon—when I’m at the office), was sent back to Spain without any prior notice. No phone call, no redirection to a UPS package shop—just an email each time stating that I wasn’t home at the time of delivery. No email, no option to redirect the shipment to another address. The cell phone number on file was incorrect.
Now they want me to pay the shipping costs of 13.00 EUR. Very poor service.
No thanks, not again.

I live in the UK and will never make a purchase from this store again. They offer a 14 day return policy but provide no return labels instructions in box. When you email the help they take several days to respond. I eventually return the item, which I had to do myself and spent £10 compared to the 7 euros it cost them to send it to me. The item cost €46 and I have been refunded €22 I reached out again to the customer service 2 days ago and still haven’t received a response.

Great restocks, wide product variety, easy payment experience.

I bought a pair of shoes, with normal usage and just walking around the print on the shoes started to tear and peel off after less then one months time.

Tried contacting their support 2 weeks ago, in the meail they stated that the answer will come within 2-3 working days, but they just aren't responding to me, would suggest that people choose othjer stores that are serious and answer their customers.
