Extremely disappointed with Foot Locker UK’s handling of my order issue. My parcel was repeatedly rescheduled by DHL over the course of a week before I then received false tracking updates claiming the parcel had been delivered and signed for by me when I was actually at work. CCTV from both my home and neighbouring properties proved no delivery attempt was ever made.
Despite this, Foot Locker simply relied on the DHL tracking information instead of properly investigating the situation themselves. It was only after I repeatedly followed up with DHL that they admitted there had been an issue with the parcel and that the tracking information was incorrect. Customers should not have to prove that delivery information provided by a courier is false in order to be taken seriously.
Very frustrating experience and extremely poor customer support for what was a valuable order.
Still no further on and don’t know if I I will ever get my Order or money back!

Extremely disappointing experience with Foot Locker.
It has been over a week since I placed my order, and my parcel still has not been delivered to the collection point as promised. What makes the situation even worse is the complete lack of communication throughout the process. There have been no meaningful updates, no explanation for the delay, and the tracking information does not even work properly.
As a customer, it is frustrating to spend money with a company that cannot provide basic delivery transparency or customer support. Delays can happen, but ignoring customers and leaving them without any information is completely unacceptable.
I expected far better service from a company with Foot Locker’s reputation, but this has honestly been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had. I will seriously reconsider ordering from Foot Locker again in the future.

We sent back shoes for exchange with the provided shipping label. UPS confirmed delivery two days later. We waited TWO weeks before I inquired about when the new size might arrive. At which point I was told they received but never started the exchange process and can't find it so I have to wait another 2-4 weeks for an update. By the time the shoes arrive we probably should have kept the bigger pair because her feet will have grown! Absolutely AWFUL. Oh, they did offer me a whopping $10 for the inconvenience of having them hold our $200 for over a month already.

I had a terrible experience with this brand when purchasing trainers. I have been trying to get the correct size for over three weeks. Initially, I received a faulty pair of On trainers that had glue all around them. As an apology, they issued me a discount code, but I still received the wrong size.
When I contacted them online to ask if they could price match the correct size, I was told, "No." It's always either "no" or "our supervisors said no." I then went to the store to purchase one pair and exchange it for the correct size, but it's been over a week and I still haven’t received a delivery or tracking ID.
I bought two pairs of trainers, which are not cheap, and this has been the worst customer service experience ever. Now, I've been informed that my order was canceled due to being out of stock so no shoes and the store has my money and Ive been made to go there myself to go and ask for my money back. This is crazy!

Ordered a pair of trainers on 1st april 2026 on footlocker website, trainers didnt get collected for 3 days by dhl , finally got collected and sent to dhl Coventry main warehouse and have not moved for 10 days since being in the warehouse,have contacted footlocker numerous time who have refused to issue a refund until and investigation is done which will they can see I still havent recieved anything , have been told this will take an additional 10 working days and refund can take up to 10 working days. So essentially for a pair of trainers I ordered on 1st april I may not recieve my refund until mid may . Caused me nothing but stress do not order from here , worst customer service experience ive ever had.
Atrocious
Footlocker decided to ship out the trainers in the box with a bit of scruffy tape sealing it. The shipping label was stuck on top. It arrived all tatty and was embarrassed giving it as a gift. Did not fit so returned. Footlocker rejected the return on the basis it had a label stuck on it which they done themselves. Shocking! Nice one Footlocker

Accurate rating would be 0 but cannot give. Wish I’d looked at trustpilot before ordering. Some of the worst service I have ever experienced. They have £150 of my money, DHL have had the parcel one week without delivering but Footlocker will not refund. I must wait a further week to see if DHL return the parcel to Footlocker, it may take a further 14 days for Footlocker to then receive it, and then a further 10 days for the money to reach my bank account which will be in over one months time. They then hung up when I told them this was not acceptable.

Awful experience
Awful experience, ordered some trainers then had no updates. After 8 days I spoke to someone on their chat who told me they would be dispatched surely. I checked that my order wasn’t going to be cancelled and was reassured that it wouldn’t be. An hour later I got an email saying my order had been cancelled as requested.
The next day I spoke to the same person who wasn’t at all sympathetic and just said, it wasn’t their problem if the item was out of stock. I was offered no real apology and will not be shopping with them again.
