As a busy mom who’s always on the go, comfort and support are everything to me. I’ve been wearing the Forme Power Bra every day, and I genuinely love how supported I feel. It helps support my hips, back, and neck, and I notice so much less discomfort throughout the day especially in my lower back and hips.

It’s incredibly comfortable, easy to wear all day, and has become my go-to for everyday wear. Whether I’m running errands, chasing after my kids, or tackling my to-do list, it keeps me feeling supported and comfortable from morning to night.

I wear a size large in the form science bra. It fits great and I immediately feel a difference in my posture when I put it on. I got the rose color, which I absolutely love. I think it’s really pretty too. Form function and fashion! Would highly recommend!

Finally a sock that does more! I am a small person and the fact that these fit are amazing. And I could tell a difference as soon as I put them on. These are so supportive and I love them

Game changer!! Have 4 of the bras and now the arch socks. LOVE, love, love. I work on my feet and lean over in surgery at work. These products have improved how look and feel!

I had high hopes for the Forme bra, but my experience was incredibly disappointing.
The sizing is completely out of whack. I'm 5'0", weigh 100 pounds, and ordered a medium based on the sizing guidance. It was ridiculously small—so tight that it was nearly impossible to get on and even harder to take off. Once I finally managed to put it on, it squished my breasts underneath the bra instead of providing any kind of comfortable support.
The materials were also very uncomfortable. For a product at this price point, I expected something that felt supportive and "posture correcting", not restrictive and unpleasant.
What made the experience even worse was the customer service. The response to my concerns were unhelpful. The AI generated responses provided inappropriate recommendations. To add insult to injury, after I returned the bra because it clearly didn't fit, I was charged a $30.99 fee. Paying $30.99 for the privilege of trying on a bra that doesn't fit is completely unacceptable.
Between the inaccurate sizing, uncomfortable materials, poor customer service, and expensive return policy, I can't recommend the Forme bra.

Absolutley love the arch supporting socks! Most comfortable socks i've ever put on!

I have both a sports bra and arch supporting socks and they’re both such high quality.

I don’t want to be dramatic but the ankle guard socks are the best socks Ive ever worn lol I wore them to the gym and for walks and its a game changer 10/10

Received the socks and put them on and immediately noticed a difference. My feet felt supported in a way that transcended to the lower part of my body and beyond. I’m so curious as to what their other products would do for me! I’m a believer in this technology!

I don’t know how but I entered the incorrect house number. I had not yet received the confirmation of shipping email but it was the third business day and I expected it any moment. Well, I emailed customer service and let them know about my stupid mistake and the correct house number. Within an hour, I received an email letting me know that the address had been changed. A few hours later, I received confirmation of shipping with the correct house number! What a great Customer Service Team.

Ten years of plantar fasciitis. I’ve tried a lot over the years. Forme Science socks actually make a difference, and they’re great for travel. In my experience, they do more than inserts ever did. Bonus: if you track your steps you will see you are moving more. If you want to flex your steps, these are a must.

Unfortunately I have the world’s most expensive that I hate. First the sizing is problematic. I ordered a large based on their size charts. I found there is no way to adjust and it was cutting into my underarms. They said I should go up a size and my only option was to pay an additional $8 to exchange. I got an XL-note I am not an XL anything! After wearing it, it does not really seem to do anything about posture but what it does do is annoy me. There is no elastic at the bottom so it rides up constantly. I can’t wear it to play pickleball since every time I raise my arms it rides up. Then there is the padding. When you wash it the pads get all mashed up. You have to spend 15 minutes trying to manipulate the pads to get the back in place. And given the way it goes on and off, I irritate my shoulder more getting my bra off than I do playing pickleball for two hours.
Like I said, I have the most expensive bra that I have ever owned and it is essentially worthless.

Great socks! As a runner the arch support was great for me. They are also non slip which is also great. Great quality!

I love the Forme Science Arch Booster Socks!
When I put them on, the first thing I noticed what my foot posture being corrected. The light pressure the socks provided set my foot in the right space and even just standing felt different. I’m recovering from surgery so I haven’t been able to do much except walking with them and I’m obsessed and my husband is begging for a pair.
