When I got my original job it had gotten wet. When I got my order it
was absolutely soaked. I realized I could not save these items. My children encouraged me to reach out. I did and after some details and several pictures they rapidly replaced my order!! I was so impressed by the customer service. I was very pleased. I had resolved to pulling up radar shots and forecasts. They apparently had done these things and sent out the replacements immediately. Five stars easily and will recommend them and have ordered since. Thank you.

A few weeks ago
A few weeks ago, I sent a order in for photos of my sons birthday and my step daughters prom, this time I got some special photos like 5x7 and 8x10s and magnets. My order was almost 90 with how much I was charged in shipping. No matter how "free" the prints are your priced gouged with a high shipping cost and a lengthy wait time thats really unreasonable for the cost of shipping.
No tracking provided at all. None!!!
Well I never received my order, ive been dealing with a AI robot and finally after 72 hours I got a human in my email, I asked to have my 5x7 and 8x10 amd magnets reprinted, and there insisting I check with neighbors that it was delivered. Nooooo it wasnt. And in today's world do you think if someone received photos there going to do what's right? Prob not... anyhow i paid $90 and there being ridiculous about reprinting my order for free that did not come. I got they shipped no tracking no source of where. And when i asked for the address to turn it in to the bbb... they "couldn't" provide a address. How hard is it to reprint a damn order, i paid like $20 in shipping. Then they charged me for the "free" prints too... ive been a customer for years i mean years, but i wont me anymore. Ridiculous customer service.
