Matthew and team were so sensitive to our needs in a positive way but also less traditional than other funeral directors which we liked. We had the perfect send off for Dad and we can't thank everyone enough for the support and guidance.

The whole process was seamless, whilst recognising the difficult time for the family.

Difficult to recall what happened and when because there was so much distress to cope with. But the sympathetic handling of the process was important. Ruth did not hide from the reality of the situation, which I also valued. No undue solemnity, a lot of listening. And carefully planned outcomes.

Professional,empathetic,straight forward and very reasonable pricing .

Full Circle helped me enormously last year when my mum passed away so I didn’t hesitate to contact them in April this year when we lost dad. They were very empathetic and helped make a difficult time as stress-free as possible. I could not have asked for more and really felt that both mum and dad were in safe hands. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I can’t thank Anne at Full Circle funerals enough. Organising a funeral for your own child is not something I ever imagined having to do! It’s so emotionally overwhelming that I don’t think we’d have ever managed to give her the send off that she deserved had we gone elsewhere. Nothing was too much trouble and every idea we came up with was met with kind enthusiasm and encouragement. We didn’t want a traditional style funeral for our vibrant daughter. Anne guided us through options and researched alternatives that we came up with. I felt that she cared for our daughter as if she were her own, making me feel comforted. We called and went into chat with her numerous times. Every time we received the same attention and care. Anne made everything run perfectly, from the brightly, slightly unusual coffin, placement of the flowers, cars music and visual tributes. The professionalism that all the staff exhibited was outstanding. What was undoubtedly the very worst day in my life was made a little easier by Anne and all at Full Circle. Thank goodness places like this now exist. Obviously not somewhere you want to visit, but if it’s important to you to give your loved one a good send off, the way you imagined, then pop in here for a chat before just heading to anywhere else. Full Circle were refreshingly modern in approach and guided us sensitively through the process and listened carefully our views. We were very pleased to be able to chose greener options eg cardboard coffin, electric small hearse. They are a great, very approachable team.

Can't praise this company enough. From the very first conversation, David supported us in the most sensitive and professional way. It was such a relief not having to worry about anything, knowing our mum was being cared for and respected the whole time. Fantastic communication throughout. My partner's funeral was very sensitively handled by David and the team. Nothing seemed beyond them and the suggestions for the celebrant and the details of the service were excellent.

We had sensitive, helpful guidance through the process from David. The arrangements were excellent - exactly what we wanted and we didn't have to worry about any of the details. Never having organised a funeral before, I didn't really know what to expect, but Full Circle made everything easy.
You only get one shot at these things, so their efficiency, discretion, flexibility, professionalism and empathy were very much appreciated.

I recently used Full Circle for my husbands funeral. They were sensitive, kind, caring and went out of their way to make sure my husband had the Celebration of Life service that was befitting of him. I would highly recommend them.

Such a thoughtful, personal and caring service from the very first contact. My father passed away at home - and from the moment I called Full Circle to ask if they would care for him it was like a weight had been lifted from us. They were respectful, kind and genuinely lovely people. The funeral parlour itself was also such a lovely setting, it felt calming and warm. It felt right to be leaving my Dad in their care.
Planning a funeral is hard - but Full Circle started by finding out lots about our Dad, we talked and laughed about him and as such they suggested things we might want to do and that was so helpful. They weren't pushy and tried to save costs for us wherever they could. The funeral really was a wonderful event.
This is the second funeral I have planned and the two experiences couldn't have been more different. The pervious experience had felt cold and formulaic. Full Circle just seemed to genuinely care and to feel proud to be supporting our family through such a difficult time.
