I've had a couple of issues with my Gaggia Navigilo Deluxe. I was going to return the machine for service/repair. I contacted Gaggia via chat and they suggested that I speak to the Service Dept. Dave the Service Manager contacted me via Zoom, looked at the issues and interactively sorted them all out. Fanatstic company, great staff, terrific back-up. Highly recommended.

Recently bought the Anima Prestige (after much research)
Can’t fault this machine, lovely coffee and easy to use. Haven’t explored every option yet but milk frothing has been excellent. It’s great the way that just by pressing one button a cappuccino is made. Excellent customer service and very quick delivery. Have also ordered some cleaning products for use later. A nice touch was the kilo of beans that came with the machine!

Definitely the best Bean to Cup for the money on the market :) We bought the Gaggia Anima Deluxe and it makes cappuccino's as good as any café at home. It is that good we bought another too. Not only is it a top machine it also looks great in the kitchen. Highly recommend you definitely will not be disappointed.

Fantastic product and service, a great UK based company.

I have the new (2023) Gaggia Espresso Deluxe and It Is a brilliant machine, especially for the money.
It's made in Italy, easy to use, fast heating up.
Makes good steam (and if you remove the plastic Panarello excels at microfoam).
You can also customise it easily... 9 bar spring, porta filter etc...

Very honest and helpful response when my Gaggia deluxe coffee holder became unusable. A reasonably priced replacement was sent and arrived very quickly.

Further to this review for cleaning products, I have just Purchased a new Anima which arrived exactly as and when requested at a brilliant price allowing me to pass on my well used and well loved Brera to a new home of coffee lovers who I hope will continue to cherish it as I have over the years that it has given me brilliant service. The Gaggia UK do provide very quick and efficient service. I ordered the Gaggia anima barista plus ordered on 25th October received 26 October 2023.
The output quality can be adjusted and get it to your required taste, in my case, with the Gaggia espresso arabica beans that were provided are most satisfactory.

I was in the final stage of purchasing a Bean to Cup coffee machine and called Gaggia for some advice. A lovely gent called Danny called me back, and he was full of great advice helping me make the decision that was best of me and my coffee habits. He was very friendly and knew is stuff!
MY Anima Deluxe has arrive, and I am currently enjoying me first cup. Super easy to set up. Now I am working through the manual

I can't praise this company enough. It's what service should be, Raj and his team really put their customers and Gaggia users at the heart of their business. One small suggestion- it would be great if extra milk pitchers could be ordered as an additional item - I have family who can’t have dairy and I’d like to offer them oat milk from a dedicated container.

Recently purchased an Anima machine. Good quick delivery and happy with the performance of the machine. Used the videos guides on the various products on the website to check machine use and features. Really useful.
My third Gaggia. Very reliable.

After many years of wishing for a gaggia coffee machine I finally managed to get one as a treat to mark my 50th birthday.
I spent a lot of time going through the extensive model range, reading reviews, watching the videos etc. then decided on the Anima barista plus. There is a lot of good information and advice available on the range, which was very helpful. Initially there was a short lead time on my chosen model but Rag at Gaggia uk was great at letting me know how long and then when available.
The machine itself looks the business, a high quality feel and finish but more importantly functions easily making brilliant espresso! Easy to set up and sensible modes of operation. I'm still dialling in the machine just now, enjoying the different settings and trying to master the barista steam wand for best velvety microform. All good fun.
Thanks to Raj and Gaggia uk team for great service so far. It's reassuring to know I have direct manufacturer back up and the extra 1 year warranty makes buying direct a no brainer.

You can really taste the difference between the different strength settings and you can programme how much coffee is dispensed to match your mug sizes.
