Very helpful customer service. This is the 2nd Anima deluxe I have purchased from this company.

A couple of months ago, I purchased a Gaggia Anima and am very happy with the drinks it delivers. It arrived within a couple of days following order and I was kept informed of the delivery process throughout. The company has a number of helpful videos online (YouTube) and subsequent contact with them leads me to believe that they actually care about their customers (thanks Raj).

Looking to buy a Gaggia Anima but wanted some information on temperatures. Sent an email to which Raj responded quickly offering a phone or zoom call. I couldn't do a zoom at the time, but on the phone, he established exactly what my needs were, kindly explained all the differences with the Anima range and then pointed me to a machine (that I had dismissed) which turned out to be the perfect fit for my needs.

I can't thank Raj enough for his help, patience, time and assistance. I now have a fantastic machine and already am making better coffee than I ever did with my previous pod based system.

The quality of Gaggia speaks for itself but it is the customer service, help, professionalism and aftercare that really matter with this type of product which Gaggia UK provides very well.

One Year On Review - November 2025

Have lived with my Gaggia now for 12 months. Still looks like new and still producing great tasting coffee. Speaking to Raj and getting his advice was the best decision I ever made (in respect of coffee machine ownership and at over 60 years of age, I've had quite a few in the past). Bought some consumables from the online shop a few times over the year (descaler, cleansing tablets, lubricant etc) and all of my dealings have been perfect. Even today, I received an email offering support on my purchase one year on and not looking to sell me anything. Who else cares that much these days? What a great company to do business with.

Two years on...

I have owned my Anima Class beans to cup coffee maker for a couple of years. I am very happy with the machine.

You will notice that there have already been over 700 5* reviews and I am delighted to add mine to the collective. I believe this is not only due the performance of the coffee makers, but the exceptional customer service offered.

Cannot praise the team at GAGGIA high enough. Raj,Katie and colleagues give excellent service and nothing is too much trouble for them. Very pleased with our Anima Deluxe machine and back up care.

My husband purchased a Gaggia Anima earlier this year. Its a great machine as it both grinds beans and allows for the insertion of pre-ground coffee - great if one of you prefers decaf. The machine is really robust and well made. I would also like to complement Raj and his team at Gaggia UK for the really excellent videos on their website. I have found them and the useful little tips so helpful, as the written instructions are not that clear.

Recently bought the Anima Prestige (after much research)
Can’t fault this machine, lovely coffee and easy to use. Haven’t explored every option yet but milk frothing has been excellent. It’s great the way that just by pressing one button a cappuccino is made. Excellent customer service and very quick delivery. Have also ordered some cleaning products for use later. A nice touch was the kilo of beans that came with the machine!

I had a problem my Gaggia Cadorna Prestige that I bought from this company over 3 years ago. The problem was resolved with a Zooom call to
Mr Raj Beadle
He was very helpful and suggested some things to try to resolve the issue. These actions sorted out my problem without the need to take it in anywhere for service/repair

Definitely the best Bean to Cup for the money on the market :) We bought the Gaggia Anima Deluxe and it makes cappuccino's as good as any café at home. It is that good we bought another too. Not only is it a top machine it also looks great in the kitchen. Highly recommend you definitely will not be disappointed.

Fast and efficient as usual. Further to this review for cleaning products, I have just Purchased a new Anima which arrived exactly as and when requested at a brilliant price allowing me to pass on my well used and well loved Brera to a new home of coffee lovers who I hope will continue to cherish it as I have over the years that it has given me brilliant service. As. I told them you look after these machines and they will look after you especially with all the information and advice available from Gaggia UK Direct.

Just purchased a "Gaggia Anima Barista Plus" Bean to Cup Coffee Machine and love it.
They are an exceptional company with great customer service, great coffee machines and great coffee.

The Gaggia UK do provide very quick and efficient service. I ordered the Gaggia anima barista plus ordered on 25th October received 26 October 2023.
The output quality can be adjusted and get it to your required taste, in my case, with the Gaggia espresso arabica beans that were provided are most satisfactory.

I had many question before I made the purchase, and they were extremely friendly and helpful, The product arrived on time and when I needed further assistance, they were once again great. I highly recommend purchasing a machine from Gaggia UK. I bought an Anima deluxe and I'm very happy with the machine as well.

My Gran Prestige was suffering from lacklustre flow when churning out my espressos - one 'pill' from the carton of Puly tablets later and oooooft ..a tsunami of coffee everytime ! I never thought coffee oils were so detrimental to my daily shot ; thanks Gaggia UK

We are hooked on the coffee and the clever machine - Cadorna Prestige. We can't help making comparisons with coffee shop coffee which is turning us into snobs. Seriously, the coffee is replenished promptly from Raj and his team as well as the other bits and bobs that make the machine runs smoothly. Happy.

Fantastic Anima Prestige Automatic coffe maker very easy to use makes great coffee and the after sales support that goes with it is great !
