We wanted to upgrade our old bean to cup machine to a new cadorna milk and had a couple of questions. Unfortunately the lady I spoke to was unable to help but within a couple of hours Raj himself called and was able to answer the questions I had. Ultimately we ordered the new machine and wow, what a machine. Having settled the grinder in, and reset it to our taste we now have wonderful fresh coffee several times a day. Some great features on this machine with loads of user changeable options. The machine needs more maintenance than our previous machine but there’s no hardship there, when you get an instant reward of more coffee. Thank you.

Recieved my classic Acrobat last week and have been enjoying super coffees ever since and even the latte art has stepped up now I get decent milk😁Happy days,item well packed and arrived here in west of Ireland nice and speedy…didn’t think about import charges though so ended up costing me another €100 🤪the joys of Brexit!!!

One small suggestion- it would be great if extra milk pitchers could be ordered as an additional item - I have family who can’t have dairy and I’d like to offer them oat milk from a dedicated container.

My 2015 gaggia classic is now able to make great micro milk with the simple cheap pannerello mod from Gaggia Direct

Purchased the Gaggia Cadorna MILK- Black Bean to Cup Coffee Machine in February, brilliant machine. Have found no reason not to buy my supplies from Gaggia UK either. Bean quality is excellent. Service likewise. A++++

I am delighted to write a review for Gaggia UK Direct, and I must say that my experience with this company has been nothing short of exceptional. I recently purchased a reconditioned Gaggia Classic from them, and I can confidently say that it was the best decision I ever made.

Called Gaggia for some pre purchase advice and the Managing Director Raj picked up the phone and was super helpful.
I immediately ordered the
Gaggia Magenta Plus- Black Bean to Cup Coffee Machine.
My thoughts were this was a company who would respond if you ever had an issue with the machine.

Simply a joy to deal with.
I wanted a new coffee machine after owning a Gaggia Classic since 2005, I was getting a little tired of the 'faffing' around with grinding beans and clearing up afterwards. I 'thought' I wanted an all-in-one machine; fill it full of water & beans press a button and away we go.
Gaggia was on my short list, but asking advice from other manufacturers felt very much like being pressured into buying one of their machines with little consideration for my needs.
After several chats with Danny at Gaggia my perceived needs changed and my confidence in buying from Gaggia UK was absolute.
I didn't need a machine that could make X number of drinks - everything I wanted to make (and more) could be achieved with a Gaggia Cadorna Barista Plus bean to cup machine. The deal was done and couldn't be happier.
For sure using the pro type steaming wand to froth the milk takes a little learning but once you get knack it makes superb frothed milk and delightful coffee's.
I did think I might have an issue with machine and I was put on to the service manager. I didn't have a problem but I learnt so much about making good coffee in general in a 10 minute chat with him than I ever learnt in hours in ferreting around the net!
To sum up, a great company to deal with who are staffed by enthusiastic, friendly, knowledgeable folk. Looking for advice on a new machine? Look no further!

Really helpful to talk with the Service Manager and then with Danny in Sales. Based on their advice I have purchased a Gaggia Magenta Plus. I look forward to receiving it and seeing if it is as easy to use as I hope.

I consulted Danny about a problem with my old machine, that had lasted over 20 years! He is very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem from a photo and me trying a few options. Sadly, we decided that the problem was terminal, so I then asked his advice about a new machine. He analysed what I was looking for and recommended the Magenta Plus, which I have now bought and am looking forward to great coffee again!

Recently purchased a Gaggia Magenta Milk... My mind was set on Gaggia coffee machine, but the great customer service from Gaggia UK made the difference. It is quick, easy, and personalised. They have take the time needed to understand my needs and reply to my technical requests. A* Recommended

I emailed and spoke to Danny who was extremely helpful. I discussed spec and ended up settling on a Gaggia Cardona Milk Refurbed unit which has gone down a treat in the office.

Bought a Gaggia Classic espresso machine, quick delivery, superb machine - just need to perfect milk frothing after watching one of Raj's videos.

Where do I begin? Gaggia UK, and Raj, the M.D. have been so helpful. And from my dealings with them I feel total assurance that any problems, or questions, or advice I need will be dealt with. My wife and myself bought a Gaggia Selecta Deluxe about 17 years ago and originally I was just going to service it and replace gaskets along the way, in the end we have bought a new Gaggia Classic pro through Gaggia UK and gifted our Selecta to her, it’s a wonderful machine and she loves her coffee.
So why another for me and not have a change? The answer is in truth, with a little learning curve the Gaggia Pro does consistently perfect espresso and now with the pro steam wand it does perfect micro foam milk.
It’s only shortcoming doesn’t affect us, and that’s if you want to make latte after latte you will be disappointed.
One-two and the odd three-four cups in succession your ok. If anyone is on the fence about where to buy from, this is my recommendation, they sell lots more machines to satisfy anyone

I wanted to change my new Gaggia Megenta milk for a Magents Plus as I was disappointed with the milk arrangement. The staff could not have been more helpful, and the swap of machines by courier was made a few days later at no cost to me. This is outstanding customer service.

I’ve just bought my 2nd Gaggia machine my old machine having eventually packed in. I had previously purchased my old machine nearly 20 years ago from Nick ( now with Gaggia) at Peter Maturi in Leeds. Nick had assured me that the Gaggia titanium was the best bean to cup machine on the market and after 20 years of use I had to agree with him. Having researched all the now available bean to cup fully automatic and manual frothing machines I arranged a visit to Gaggia in Elland. I was recommended the Gaggia Magenta with the professional steam wand. ( I used to have a 2 groupe professional machine in a business in Leeds)
I’ve now had the magenta for just over a month and couldn’t be more pleased. The magenta is a mid priced machine and does everything that you would want to make a professional coffee. You can adjust the strength and temperature of the coffee so simply ( nothing worse than Luke warm coffee) I could have spent a lot more money on a more complex machine but I was advised that the magenta was the machine for me and that was spot on. Take my advice check out Gaggia before you overspend on overpriced big name brands. They also sell great tasting coffee beans
