I was in the final stage of purchasing a Bean to Cup coffee machine and called Gaggia for some advice. A lovely gent called Danny called me back, and he was full of great advice helping me make the decision that was best of me and my coffee habits. He was very friendly and knew is stuff!
MY Anima Deluxe has arrive, and I am currently enjoying me first cup. Super easy to set up. Now I am working through the manual

I can't praise this company enough. It's what service should be, Raj and his team really put their customers and Gaggia users at the heart of their business. Whether you have an older machine and need some help with it, or purchased a new one. Expect nothing but 5* treatment. Thank you Raj & team. Oh, and I nearly forgot to mention that our new Anima makes excellent coffee too - our staff very happy! 😊

One small suggestion- it would be great if extra milk pitchers could be ordered as an additional item - I have family who can’t have dairy and I’d like to offer them oat milk from a dedicated container.

I cannot praise the two guys enough for helping me through a problem I had with my Gran Gaggia Prestige coffee machine. They had lots of patience with me! From getting on Zoom to finding the solution. Thank you.

Recent purchase of Gaggia Cardona Prestige reconditioned machine. Arrived within a couple of days and in as new condition. No water hardness test strip or brew group lubricant included but instant response to email without any quibble. Still getting used to machine but producing some very tasty coffee.

Recently purchased an Anima machine. Good quick delivery and happy with the performance of the machine. Used the videos guides on the various products on the website to check machine use and features. Really useful.

After many years of wishing for a gaggia coffee machine I finally managed to get one as a treat to mark my 50th birthday.
I spent a lot of time going through the extensive model range, reading reviews, watching the videos etc. then decided on the Anima barista plus. There is a lot of good information and advice available on the range, which was very helpful. Initially there was a short lead time on my chosen model but Rag at Gaggia uk was great at letting me know how long and then when available.
The machine itself looks the business, a high quality feel and finish but more importantly functions easily making brilliant espresso! Easy to set up and sensible modes of operation. I'm still dialling in the machine just now, enjoying the different settings and trying to master the barista steam wand for best velvety microform. All good fun.
Thanks to Raj and Gaggia uk team for great service so far. It's reassuring to know I have direct manufacturer back up and the extra 1 year warranty makes buying direct a no brainer.

I recently purchased the Gaggia Anima Barista Plus Bean to Cup coffee machine, very pleased with the purchase, delicious coffee and easy to use machine with helpful display. You can really taste the difference between the different strength settings and you can programme how much coffee is dispensed to match your mug sizes. Very helpful pre and post purchase advise from Raj and the team, thank you.

Like other reviewers here, my experience of Gaggia UK's service was exceptional – personal, very prompt, and incredibly accommodating.
Raj responded immediately to my request and located the Anima model I wanted, which had been showing as out of stock online. Raj even highlighted a generous offer discount code that was available to use. I have contacted the Gaggia UK team previously regarding my old Gaggia Classic machine, and have found the after sales service is excellent too. Strongly recommend buying your Gaggia machine from these guys.

I have lovely Gaggia Velasca prestige bean to cup machine - an upgrade from my previous Uber reliable manual Gaggia Espresso machine. It’s been reliable for the past 6 years and suddenly had a fault where I couldn’t get the coffee grounds tray in or remove the brew unit. Fearing I might have to courier the whole machine back to them I e-mailed Gaggia UK and they came back with a Zoom link… and sorted it over the internet there and then - Live from Halifax! Brilliant service, brilliant machine… brilliant coffees! Highly recommended on all fronts.

We bought a Gaggia Anima and have been very pleased with it (used daily for a month now). I haven't had any need to contact customer care because the machine is brilliant, but I am confident that should the need arise, their service would be great. The communication from them has been quick, succinct and useful. We have already recommended the machine and Gaggia Direct to a friend. The only slight niggle I would say is that the payment is forced through PayPal. I expected to be directed to enter card details, but all payment seems to go through PayPal. It's not a big deal, but annoying if you didn't want to have a PayPal account. That said, I have been back to order more beans and will likely be back again in the near future.

After reading a lot of reviews on bean to cup machines. I settled on the Gaggia Anima. I ordered new years day knowing that due to the bank holiday there may be a delay on delivery. How wrong was I. Promptly dispatched on the 3rd and received on the 4th. Fantastic product and company to deal with.

I had a cafitaly machine which after about 8 years was past its best so I decided to get a real coffee machine.
I did some research and decided to buy a Gaggia machine. I ordered a Gaggia Anima deluxe on Monday and was delivered on Tuesday. I couldn’t have asked for any better service.

We’re very happy with our Gaggia Anima Bean-To-Cup coffee machine. Our order was delivered promptly. The machine works well, though we had to re-read the manual to find the off for the steam and hot water. The coffee brewed is hot. Best of all, no more pods into landfill, we throw the grinds onto our garden.

I have had the cadorna prestige for just over one year perfect coffee every time no issues I use gaggia intenso coffee beans and delivery time is very good

Great machine and excellent, fast service. The Anima was well priced and it was nice to get 1kg of beans free with it! Really happy to buy from the official UK business too.

Terrific customer service. Via zoom, the agent was able to rectify a mistake I had made, check all the machines functions and all without charge and no need to leave the house.

Wake up and smell the coffee more quickly than you could ever imagine if you buy from Gaggia UK. I ordered a Gaggia Anima Deluxe and it was shipped 1 hour after payment had cleared! Detailed information on the website about the various models allowed making the decision about ‘which machine’ very easy. I chose the Anima Deluxe, which is fantastic. The price was more than competitive. Even so it is still an expensive machine: a luxury and an indulgence in these difficult times but I have no regrets - just great coffee at the touch of a button. Enjoy.
