Scammed from a customer off Gala, BCTAY is the girls username real name Brooke Taylor who claims to be selling F.M perfumes , after speaking on the chat room and seeing others comment about her amazing offers on these products, I accepted her friend request for private chat which from there she took my number and sent a full list of these products , After which I placed an order for 3 bottle and still waiting for them a month later , she then blocked my number and blocked my chat on the site , Ive a seen a few comments this week about this and now know its not just me ,THIS IS A WARNING NOT TO FALL FOR IT (Reported to gala who are looking into this and reported to FM perfumes) Bank can t do anything as it goes to her own account not a business.

The ceo of this company must be broke to be steeling this much.

Don’t know what has changed but this site doesn’t pay out at all or give bonuses on games just spin after spin with either nothing or a small win that doesn’t even cover your bet. I have played for years and never have I experienced this before. Gala used to be fun, not anymore.

After a break of a few years I thought I would try Gala bingo again, I logged into my account I couldn’t remember my password so changed it, then I deposited £20 with no problem. I was then notified that they would need lots of documentation as my account was suspended, I decided that I wasn’t prepared to supply these and asked for the return of my money, apparently I have to supply all of the info before they would give me my money back! I’m not prepared to give all my details to this company I Definately will never play on it, I wish I had looked at all the reviews before depositing, I would have realised that it has gone downhill since I last played, and they still have my money.

Honestly I’ve never known a site take take take and not give any kind of feature to keep you hooked. It’s absolutely disgusting I only play 20p spins and used my allowance and it was gone in minutes with not as much as a sniff at any kind of win. It’s gone dreadfully downhill please don’t use your hard earned cash here there is much fairer sites out there. At one point I thought the game was broke as was spinning the same reels time after time.
Also at one time you used to get good bonuses as in free spins etc now you have to spend money to get free anything it’s a dam right joke.
