Absolutely awful charged £1600 claimed to have done ‘extensive testing and retiring to restore correct independent control of heating and hot water’ after they left the heating could not be used without the hot water on. They the claimed we needed to replace the boiler despite this being an electrical issue. They have refused to reattend unless we take this review down. They have also claimed that they are no longer responsible because GandKHeating has been bought by a Brighton based company. Use at your peril.

Efficient and thorough Engineer, who arrived on time and carried out the required work with no problems and even offered advice on unrelated matters. Oh that all companies offered the same high level of service as G&K.

This is the 6th time that I have used G&K Heating. They work quickly, very pleasant to speak to and I have never had an issue with them. Martin serviced my boiler this time. He was very friendly and got on with the job.

This company is always fast, responsive, and reliable. They show up on time, are impeccably friendly, honest and incredibly efficient. I had a recurring problem that was really stressing me out, and they have bent over backwards to make sure it's sorted. Five stars.

Joe came to my home, not only was he professional, on time, very knowledgeable he also left everything perfect as it was, I cannot recommend enough.

Joe was brilliant at fixing our problem. A leak from a pipe under the boiler meant we had no hot water. Joe found the problem and fixed it all quickly and was very helpful and respectful of the property. Would definitely recommend G&K’s services.

I would highly recommend G&K heating. I needed a complete refurbishment of my bathroom. This involved building work as well as plumbing and heating. The company was very flexible when I had to delay the start date, for which I was grateful. The work was completed to time, to Budget and to a very high standard. I am really happy with my new bathroom. The engineer was very considerate throughout the project. He kept me informed of progress and check in with me when any decisions needed to be made. The firm also helped me to get a really good deal on new fixtures and fittings. Thank you G&K heating for doing such a good job.

I had a broken toilet. Within a day Kyle had Jack W come round to look at it. The next day Jack returned with the part and fixed the old toilet. I was delighted. They were fast, efficient, reliable and on top of that they are lovely people. Thank you

We recently moved in to a house which needed upgrade work on the central heating. Very helpful engineers and the service of the boiler, work on the leaking radiators and plumbing in washing machine was carried out to a high standard. I would definitely recommend. Simon. Lewes Nov/Dec 2024.

Many thanks to the engineers, who replaced our boiler and also came back in a few days to clean the whole heating system and also installed new thermostatic radiators. Now our house is warm and cozy. All work was done very quickly and professionally.

The engineer arrived promptly at the agreed time. He was really friendly and competent. The issue was resolved, even though a new part was required, he found somewhere he could get one from. He was very busy that fast but was still very thorough although this was the third company to be called out for the same thing. I am very grateful to G&K. Wonderful service.

We use G&K a lot for our Landlord Gas Safety Inspections and all plumbing related issues at fully managed properties. They are efficient, helpful and friendly to deal with - would highly recommend them.

The heating engineer turned up on time and did a very good job with the boiler and the gas fire.

Quick response. First Paul dealt with the leak , stopped, made safe . Jack then came with new replacement tap and fittings .All done efficiently. Thanks
