Unfortunately I had to cancel my order. Gardenvity are claiming its 45 to 60 days for the refund. This is against UK consumer rights legislation and is illegal under UK law where refunds have to be issued within 14 days. I hope Gardenvity will now amend their terms and conditions to comply with UK law

I had a really great experience with gardenvity. Very helpful customer service team. Big thanks to Jonas who went out of his way to keep me informed and help with questions I had. Hot tub is great quality and we have now used over 20 odd times over the last 6 months. Love the hot tub very glad I brought it as it’s brilliant for family time and the wood burner has been fantastic. One small negative the labelling of the air jets and led light on the buttons is the wrong way round. Simple mistake and doesn’t bother me so left as it is. but adding for completeness of review. Money well spent and reliable company. Delivery driver was very patient with the small lane we live down.

We gave a review of our 4-6 pers hot tub when we first got the tub (it was all great - as described/very responsive customer support/helpful speedy delivery/worked well etc) but obviously could not comment on how it worked over the long term. We are now looking to upgrade the cover (I made my own as we were tight on our budget) and reached out to Gardenvity to get a proper one. Customer service are still great and very quick to respond and helpful. The hot tub itself has been perfect for us and we enjoy sitting out in the garden, especially now that it is dark early and getting colder. It all works just as well as when it was first delivered and the woodburner heats it up at a reliable 10C/hr even at this time of year. We have our own logs so heating is free and carbon neutral. Sat out last night to watch the village firework display (half a mile from our garden across the field) and enjoy the super moon.

I bought a wood fired hot tub with the hydro jets, air , leds, filters and electric heater.
I am very happy with everything.
I paid for the garden placement service and I have to say the delivery driver was outstanding. I had expected two guys but this guy was excellent. I was a tight fit and required a lot of effort to get it to the bottom of my garden but he stuck at it and we made it happen.
There was a slight problem with the pip work for the filter system but this was rectified promptly enough with a new extension pipe sent from Europe.
Jonas was very helpful throughout the process and seems very Knowledgeable about the product.
I would certainly recommend Garnenivity to friends and family and would use again.
My only criticism might be that I would have preferred to have some more detailed instructions on the filter/heater system.
Overall excellent.

We have our 4/6 person wood fired hot tub. From the moment we began making enquiries, as this is our first hot tub, we received quick thorough responses.
Delivery was quick and exactly to the time stated. The delivery person was brilliant as we had a few hurdles to navigate around.
The tub is great quality and once the heat is achieved it maintains it really well.
We had a couple of small initial hiccups that were dealt with promptly. Jonas has been amazing. Great communication and excellent customer service. Thank you. Would highly recommend.

We’re delighted with our log fired 2 person hot tub! From the moment I ordered the hot tub, the customer service was excellent. Lina, in particular, who I communicated with several times, was very responsive and helpful and generally lovely to deal with. The delivery and installation was very smooth, and we are now using the hot tub regularly. It’s quicker than we expected to heat up, the jets/hydro massage are much better than our old hot tub and we’re really pleased with the overall look. After our experience, we can highly recommend Gardenvity.

We bought our hot-tub from Gardenvity back in May and it was delivered in July - we wanted to spend some time using it before posting our review to give an honest and more valued review to those of you who are considering buying from this company.
In short, go ahead and make your purchase! The hot-tub itself is fantastic. We are really enjoying using it and it heats up so quickly - we can go from 7 degrees to 40 degrees in under 2.5 hours. The stove stays lit no matter what the weather - something we struggle to achieve with our indoors wood-burning stove!
As for the service from Gardenvity, it was equally good. Not everything went as smoothly with the delivery as either of us would have hoped, but Gardenvity sorted it and took care of us to ensure that our experience was really good.
If you're in the market for a wood-fired hot-tub, then our advice is to look no further - place your order with Gardenvity and then sit back, relax and look forward to your wonderful hot-tub arriving.
We plan to light it on Christmas Eve, and the Prosecco is already on chill!

What a great experience we had buying our hot tub from this oversea’s company Gardenvity, it can feel very nerving ( paid by PayPal) but we can only have praise & have no negative issues, they were always at the end of the phone updating us, delivery was spot on and the quality of the build is very good, we are very happy that we brought from Gardenvity hot tubs.

I bought 2 hot tubs from Gardenvity, the sales process was smooth enough, with the team being helpful and responsive to my questions, despite being in another country. However we have been very disappointed with the quality of the stove provided with one of the hot tubs (2 person Ofuro). It is of incredibly poor quality, and leaks smoke out of every joint possible - there are gaps of 2-3mm in some of the metalwork joints! This means the draw up the chimney is rubbish, and it takes ages to get the fire going, is very smoky in the process, and takes far longer than it should to heat the hot tub up - it is just so inefficient. I have owned multiple wood fired hot tubs from various companies before and have never seen anything of such extremely poor quality. I have contacted Gardenvity but their repeated advice is to clean the chimney (OK, but that clearly isn't the issue, and I've only used it 6-7 times so it shouldn't need cleaning anyway!), and they are refusing to acknowledge the fact that there are clearly significant defects in the construction and/or design of the stove (I have sent multiple photos showing them what's wrong). I don't know where I go from here - hopefully I can get some sort of refund through my credit card - because it doesn't seem likely that Gardenvity are going to replace the stove as I think they should. All in all disappointing, especially considering that overall I spent over £13k with the company.

We bought our hot tub 3 years ago nearly. It started to bobble and became discoloured. Gardenvity has changed the hot tub. I noticed that the design around the filter inlet has changed and it’s been covered. A good idea. The delivery company was 5 star. They run into some vehicle trouble on the way but they kept in touch and it wasn’t a problem. This is an updated review from my previous review.

We had such a good experience with Gardenvity. Lina and her colleagues were very helpful in finding the right wood-fired hot tub for holidaymakers to enjoy at the Roundhouse Tregonce our lovely Cornish cottage by the sea.
They got the tub to us in double-quick time so we could meet the holiday season deadline and stayed in touch through the process. Highly recommend.

The hot tub I pirchased two years ago has now become discolours and gardenvity won’t listen. This review will be updated, but a company that couldn’t do enough with the purchase are making assumptions on how I look after my tub. I have followed their instructions. The fact that the fibre glass has bobbled and it has all become discoloured and is substandard is of no concern. Emails WhatsApp have been ignored. The Only reason the finally got back to me was I enquired about buying one!!!! I will continue to argue that this is substandard for two years use… forget any guarantees they don’t care once they have your money…

Took delivery of my hot tub two months ago and thought I would wait to "run it in" before writing a review. Could not be happier. I was after a wood burning hot tub without built in burner, and struggled to find one from a UK supplier. I was initially aprehensive but after reading reviews I decided to go with Gardenvity and went for their Premium Quattro X. Exactly the arrangement I wanted and it is excellent. Communication was great. I went for their assembly option, which I am glad I did. Only slight negative was the fact it was a one man delivery and if I had not been there to help, not sure they would have managed to get it in to the final position. However the guy who did deliver and install was excellent. In use the hot tub is great. Heated it up about six times in the last two months, and getting used to it. If you too enthusiastic with the logs you will simmer yourself. I went for the insulation option, and have heated the inj the afternoon and used it again the following afternoon without having to re-light the fire, albeit that was in late August. Cannot fault the hot tub or the service.

Fantastic Service
Great customer service from the start, I had a load of questions that were answered clearly and promptly. I did my research and took a calculated risk in buying from a company overseas and not one in the UK. It turned out be be the right move.
I was told that the delivery was in a 1 hour window, the driver turned up 10 mins early and unloaded the tub in no time, helping me get it up the drive. He even left me his number in case I had any questions when I came to installing it.
My experience has been a very positive one and the tub is fantastic, great quality and we just love it. I would without question recommend this company to all my family and friends.

Would I recommend this company? Sadly not. We were let down on delivery twice at really short notice after taking time of work & organising help to move the hot tub when it was delivered, then assured the driver would help us when it was finally delivered. The driver did not speak English & drive off without help leaving the hot tub across the drive so we couldn’t use the drive.
We have not had any emails or calls to ask if everything was ok, no maintenance help in any shape or form.
Would definitely use a local company if we were to buy again but at such a huge cost we wouldn’t do it again.

We were unsure of whom to contact for a hot tub. We knew we wanted something classy and made to order. Gardenvity communicated and advised using past customer installation photos and help videos to make sure we got it right. Communication, including WhatsApp messages made it really easy. These hot tubs are very, very well made.

We have had two hot tubs from Gardenvity, and if you can go for the newer option with the hydro jets go for it! You really feel like you have had proper hydrotherapy - the jets are so powerful.
The ordering, delivery and installation was professional and very quick. We were informed of our delivery date quickly and received regular updates from Gardenvity.
Superb customer service from start to finish.
All questions/queries were answered swiftly and the company are very easy to get hold of and would respond to us 7 days a week including evenings.
A very personal service and an excellent company to deal with from start to finish. The hot tub is our sanctuary and we love it, particularly now the weather is getting colder and we can sit outside under the stars.
