i actually like genspark because of complete features and help me a lot in my work such as creating slides, analysing data. but i've noticed some ridiculuos change or credits charge. it seems that it charges more than before. hopefully team can measure greatly of their credits usage so the customer know what they get. i found the bug/problem especially when running long task. the artifacts and session management would be great because sometimes AI lose the work while user credit is gone. it needs to handle that fallback policy when AI loses. but, team support help me with recovery credits even though i debate a little bit because they lowball credits recovery initially. i've tried genteam but it seems to do simple task and they took longer even i just chat hello. hopefully it can help with some medium level programming task for their users. provide some API and docs so user dont need to subscribe other tools and can be used outside your platform. it will be great to integrate with some pipeline outside the platform. and one recommendation, please share any technique to optimize the result of your product. dont just demo, but the insight of how to use some features better and effectively. and lastly, give AI chat, image and video generator for free for users, not just this year.

Sometimes the process interrupts and requires reloading. Also, the presentation font is too small for easy reading and printing; it needs to be readjusted after downloading.

Genspark is a very helpful and impressive tool, especially for creating PowerPoint slides. What I like most is that even when my ideas or instructions are somewhat abstract, it often understands what I want to communicate and creates something better than I expected. That ability to turn vague input into a polished result is a big strength.

At the same time, I think there is still room for improvement in the slide creation experience. Giving revision instructions for slides can sometimes be difficult, and I would appreciate a more intuitive editing process. Also, the font size is occasionally too small, and the balance of text placement is not always ideal, with a bit too much empty space on some slides.

Overall, I think Genspark has a lot of potential and already offers great value. I’m looking forward to seeing the slide design and revision experience continue to improve.

To speak of the advantages, it acts like the Costco of AI services; for light-load tasks (such as AI chatting), you can try out various AI services without credit deductions, and you can also automatically combine them.

From images to AI music production and podcast creation, as long as you have an idea, you no longer have to worry about the methods for generating it.

A particularly impressive feature is the cloud-based Super Agent function. It was very convenient to work with because it automatically identifies and executes user requests.

As for the disadvantages, errors frequently occur when creating work-related materials, such as AI slides or the Super Agent. This was especially true during AI image generation.

There were many instances where tokens had to be paid to correct these errors.

Sometimes, creating a project of about 12 slides required repeated revisions, resulting in a significant amount of token usage.

I have been using Genspark for visiting cards, PowerPoint presentations and complex documents like proposals, MoUs and audit manuals. The massive template library makes creating presentations and documents really easy. I also build audit automation agents that run reliably after setup without burning extra credits, as well as using it for web development.

While credit usage can sometimes fluctuate, the support team has been fantastic. They respond genuinely with clear explanations and refund credits when needed.

If there is one thing I would love to see next, it is the ability to generate 30 second videos instead of 10 second clips. Overall it is a powerful tool with a very helpful team behind it.

I recently ran into a custom domain and SSL issue while connecting my website. The team stayed responsive throughout the troubleshooting process, explained everything clearly, and helped me get everything working correctly. I have only tried generating slides so far.
Pros:
1. Uses different AI models to give you the best possible reponse so you don't have to manually do the comparison yourself.
2. The slides design is really incredible quality work.
3. Very detailed to craft what you want.

Cons:
1. Not very intuitive for new users to pick up, had to watch videos to pick up on usage of genspark.
2. Credits are used up too quickly, understand that it is because I am unfamiliar with how to optimise my credits usage, thus there should be a free trial period for new users instead of limited credits which cannot do much.
3. Asks many questions before generating anything, which uses a lot of credits.
4. Creative mode does not allow editing of slides

Overall: It is great, but there is a lot of room for improvement!

Certain features have been incredibly helpful to me. Although I've encountered quite a few instances of repetitive processing that wasted my credits without providing the correct information, overall, compared to other paid AI tools, I personally find yours fantastic to use. I frequently run out of credits within a month and have to purchase extra.

Recently, I ran into an issue when starting a new goal/session: I noticed that after starting fresh, the outputs weren't as comprehensive as the high-quality results I had gotten before. I think the system should have a memory feature so that when users start a new goal, they can carry over and optimize based on previous calculations.

To be honest and clear, I am still exploring it and trying to get as many advantages from it as possible. However, the most important thing is customer service; they already processed a three-month refund to my bank account once I told them that I accidentally paid for another section instead of my monthly subscription. That made me renew my subscription with them again.

I have been using Genspark AI for about 6-7 months now mainly to generate word reports. Given my workload, Genspark has eased my burden because I am able to meet deadlines despite my heavy workload. My experience with PowerPoint presentations has been somewhat disappointing because the font is generally too small for effective presentations and i have experienced a lot of repeated words when I print the presentation or beam it for presentation. Lastly, my credits are now expiring at a lot more faster pace than before, a situation that might propmt me to search for alternative AI software. Overall, its been of great assistance.

I've been using Genspark.ai since earlier this year, mainly for creating presentations, and I can honestly say it's one of the best AI tools out there for slide generation. I've created multiple full presentations with it, and the quality of the slides is consistently impressive. It saves a lot of time while producing professional-looking results.

Recently, though, I noticed that my credits were running out much faster than before. I contacted their support team, and from what I understood, I had been using one of the more expensive AI models. However, I also noticed that even the lower-tier models now seem to cost more credits than they did earlier this year. I'm not sure why the credit usage has increased, but it was a noticeable change.

That said, the quality of the results is still incredible. The presentations it creates are genuinely impressive, and it's still one of the best AI tools I've used.

First, I asked an urgent question in May and it was answered in July, That is unacceptable for a client who has paid for the service.

Second, as I only ask for PowerPoints, their design is not very aesthetic (for instance, some letters in a word are more separated than other letters in the same word).

Third, while reviewing the PowerPoint made by Genspark, when I want to add a slide to it, this new slide doesn't have the same design: it is completely white.

Credits ran out quick on my 1st purchase. Auto payment was deducted but team were super helpful to do a refund without any drama . Thanks to Shawn and team for swiftly solving the matter.

I have never even heard of Genspark.AI, however I had 6 charges of $24.99 in 2 days from them. Five of the 6 were in one day. I had to dispute this with them and my bank. They looked me up and I don’t even have an account with them, so I have no clue how they got my debit card number. I would not trust this company with any credit card or banking information because they are clearly compromised.

Bad choice. I bought a 1 month subscription for 95 dirhams and I could only produce 1 video and 2 images with low quality in 1 hour, and that's it. The company refused refunding me.

I have been using GensPark AI for 5 months. It conveniently bundles multiple features. I mainly use the AI Slide feature to create presentation drafts, but it has four issues as follow;
(1) Font Size: Generated text is much too small to use directly in a real presentation. (2) Credit Waste: Uses up too many credits, even when it fails to fix simple requests properly. (3) Broken PPT Download: Files downloaded in editable PowerPoint format open with broken layouts.(4) Irrelevant Images: Suggests strange or poorly related photos or Creates pictures instead of fitting ones.
It would be great to ask for examples and guidelines before revising the entire slide deck. Improving just these points would be more than enough.

I have found the Genspark Multitools and Multiagents useful, customer service does take a little long to get back but they take care of the matter. I would give it 5 stars but credits could come at a more accesible price and I would apprecciate a better deal on memberships, I have seen my monthly allowance vanish in no time.
