I've been using Fitr for nearly a year now and it is amazing how seamless it has made running an online coaching business in that time. A huge part of what I do relies on collecting performance data and body metrics and I love the way Fitr presents that both to myself and my clients, especially compared to other software I have tried in the past that has an unnecessarily complicated or clunky UI.

The customer service is excellent, and the fact I can get in touch to have my own benchmarks, training zones and movements added to the software is something I rate very very highly.

Add to that the fact that onboarding clients, taking payments, making custom coupons, changing trial lengths, delivering training, video reviews, communication and program design are all extremely quick and simple and I think you'd be very hard pushed to find a better online system to use.

I can't recommend Fitr highly enough and if you're reading this and still on the fence about becoming a customer, then please take my word and just go for it as you'll only wish you had started earlier.

Game changing for us at VECTIS, we have been able to provide a service to our members which is bespoke and also provide quick updates to our community.

We have also been able to develop our online offerings from monthly programs, skill specific programs and bespoke programs for personal training clients.

Great customer service! I originally got in touch via Instagram as I had a couple of questions to ask before I signed up. FitR got back to me quickly, answering all of my questions which helped me to make up my mind and make the decision to switch over. Since then, I have loved the system for programming and I love how well it enables me to keep in touch with my clients.

App is fine. However, I hate how obnoxious it is to unsubscribe from your constant email messages. I should be able to click "unsubscribe" and not have to log in, or be asked to review the app. Stop sending me email.

An all in one, easy to use software that will elevate the online coaching game. Since switching I can deliver a better and more valuable service to clients whilst making life easier for myself on the back end. The features are great and the customer service is excellent too.

Fitr has made my life as a coach infinitely simpler!

The ability to scale my business via building templates and using the benchmarks program weight lifting, I have been able to save a significant amount of time!

Very easy to use. First online platform I've used as a coach and it is so easy to pick things up and get started

I had tried a couple of platforms before finding FITR almost a year ago. I couldn’t believe how much easier it made my life and improved the experience of my clients. I actually trialled a few of my clients before moving over and they all said MOVE NOW it’s so much better! One of the most important things for me is having a strong relationship with my clients despite being online - FITR allows my clients to provide in depth summaries of their sessions, as well as update me with their moods/energy levels. They also complete all their check ins and feedback IN APP. This means I can get to know them really well. Another great feature for me as a coach is to be able to track their benchmarks and prescribe training load based on their own performance level. Absolutely game changing for the remote training world 🔥

I was hesitant to get started with FitR, mostly because I was worried to be paying out monthly at the near-start of my PT career. However, it is a no brainer. Its a mega easy to use app, it's relatively inexpensive with the differing levels of access, and it makes life so much easier - both for programming and for client access. Get involved!
