Good service, I was kept upto date on the process, efficient delivery and the glasses are exactly what I wanted

Appalling service. Ordered and paid for Ray ban prescription sunglasses, instead I received cheap Scout pink glasses not with my prescription. I won’t be wasting my money at glasses direct again. Very disappointing customer service.

I was asked for my new prescription, which they then didn’t follow, sent out 2 pairs of computer glasses with different prescriptions, not even the same as each other. One was supposed to be reading glasses. So now I have 2 pairs of glasses with the wrong prescription and nothing that I ordered. The service is getting worse each time. I have been using them for years, but every time now there is an issue.

Really pleased with glasses direct, ordered some prescription sunglasses and prayed they would arrive before my holiday, knowing that they had a 7-14 working day estimate. My glasses arrived within 5 days!!!! And they’re great quality and look great, super happy!

Bought 2 pairs of glasses in January 2026 both pairs have broken by June emailed glasses direct and had no response absolute rubbish

I’ve bought spectacles from Glasses Direct before, and whilst the level of service is excellent, I don’t feel that these frames are of the same quality as previously. I loved my London Retro Sage frames, which I’ve just had to replace, but for some reason Glasses Direct no longer supply them. My new frames are the closest I could find as a replacement and they just feel cheap in comparison.

The site is very easy to use. There was a query about my prescription as each of my eyes are very different so they asked me to upload my prescription, which was very straightforward. I thought this was pretty good as it means they are checking to make sure things are correct!

I purchased a pair of varifocal sunglasses from Glasses Direct for £114.00 and on first impressions, I'm very pleased with them.

The ordering process was a little tricky, mainly around finding out what my pupillary distance was, but we got there in the end.

The glasses are very nice looking (pilot style) and fit very well. They are perfect for my prescription and I look forward to wearing them in the fine weather we're having.
