the service is great but the prices are sky high... i only realised afterwards that i paid the retail brand new price for my putter for a second hand putter.... and got very little for the two clubs i traded in... great service but people need to barter which is not a natural british trait.

The returns policy has changed, beware
The guys in the shop are helpful but the returns policy changed which I wasn’t made aware of. I got 2 clubs using cash and my C4C account but when I returned the clubs I could only get credit to my account. This changed in July apparently but I wasn’t made aware of it which is disappointing

I received a prompt and fair quote for them. I then boxed them up and sent them off with DPD (for free).
