Before you travel
- Payment card: you'll need a credit card in the main driver's name for the security deposit. Accepted cards and deposit amounts vary by country and are shown before you book.
- Documents: bring your full driving licence and a valid ID. Some countries also need an International Driving Permit.

Always looking to charge you extra if you don't take out their insurance or pay for the cleaning up front, no tolerance of the rules and not easy to deal with either avoid at all cost 😞even though I had cleaned the car that day they charged me 40 Euro anyway even under the bonnet how ridiculous they interpret Thier own rulees.

I’m sorry you felt pressured about insurance and were charged €40 for cleaning despite cleaning the car. I understand why that feels unfair. Please send our customer service team your booking reference and any photos from return so they can review the cleaning charge and explain the decision.
