Taylor Gibbs helped me get my dayz server transferred over from another provider that just wasnt working out anymore and wow it only took about 30 mins and everything is exactly as how I left it!!! Great service and super fast to respond!

Taylor G. is a gentleman and a scholar. He helped us move our server from one game to another and then helped us load the backup for the second game to pick up where we left off. He knew exactly what to do and worked our server so well that it needed a cigarette when he was done. 10/10

I have recently had several issues with my server but all were fixed promptly and with the minimum of fuss. You may be surprised by the five star rating as there have been a few issues (these things happen) but you only find out how good a company is when it comes to addressing the problem.
I have been assisted most recently by Taylor Gibbs and John Kramer on separate issues but on both occasions the problem was courteously sorted within 10-15 minutes. I will be the first to admit this has not always been the case but credit where it is due over the last few months the customer service has excelled.

These guys are quick to respond and easy to work with, which is all I can really ask for. I struggled with a large Valheim worldfile and connection issues across many different server hosts, until I stumbled upon GTXGaming, so I've stuck with them for a few years now with consistent performance and great customer service the few times I've needed it. As a most recent example, Taylor Gibbs helped me upload my Windrose world file within minutes when I struggled to on my own. Smooth sailing from here with the pun intended, 5/5 stars

Had Setup Issues

I did some research, read reviews and compared plans. For my needs GTXGaming was ideal. The registration and payment was quick easy and i felt fairlypriced for my needs. Immediately i created a problem within the server control panel. I clicked on the "Chat" button and within a moment Taylor responds. Taylor was able to see the cause of my issue, which was a Hytale mod i had installed. Taylor advised me on what to do and when completed he had me verify everythig was working correctly. Taylor was very courteous and went further to see if i needed any more assistance as this was my first time to partake in this endeavor. I did research, made a purchase and immediately received excellent support on the purchase i made. I am extremely pleased with the overall experience.

Had Taylor help me with a new dedicated server and a transfer of save files. Despite some technical issues he was persistent and personable the whole time. Entirely reccomend, made a convoluted process as pain free as possible!

The Customer service is absolute Peak!

I wanted to switch from Nitrado to GTXGaming because i ran into some lag issues at Nitrado for my Windrose server. After Hours without support from them and being unable to even join my server i made the decision to swap to GTXGaming and it was the best decision ive made!
Instantly had a customer support HUMAN at hand! Not some AI Chatbot bullshit but someone who knows what theyre doing! He directly asked me if he should port over the Map i was using on Nitrado and instantly got to work!
Not even that but he went the extra mile to make sure everything works perfectly, ran into corrupted files and found his way through it and now everything works without even the slightest rollback or lag!
Shoutout to Taylor the GOAT!

Wow, GTX customer service representative, Taylor Gibbs, responded quick and provided helpful instruction on how to validate the server files. Messaged me how to navigate GTX game panel's PURGE STEAM CACHE. I did not expect that to be in a different UI menu, more hidden, compared to STEAM UPDATE on the left-side, but the server worked well afterward.

4/29/2026 James Knott, also helped me identify the server host issue, which seems to be a temporary issue with network connection between UK and USA. And also helped me Clear the Steam Cache as well as Steam Update the server, since Soulmask game also had a patch at the time. The server works afterwards.

Had a problem with my account, spoke to Taylor via customer support chat and he was very helpful and got me sorted within 5 minutes!

Just started up a server for Windrose, couldn't get my world transferred across. Spoke to Taylor and he responded quickly and sorted my problem within a few minutes, super helpful and friendly. Couldn't recommend GTX enough.

I've been using GTX for nearly a year now and I have to say its been so fantastic! I've had 3 servers going for the year and now currently just setup another server and have had fantastic customer service and excellent experience with their servers performance. Its such a treat to have such a competent, friendly and responsive company! Much love from Canada! Shout out to Taylor! :)

I needed help uploading my solo world to the server and he was such a good help. talked me through each step so i didnt get confused. Answered every question i had with confidence.
