Trouser quality is very good .. giving only four stars as shirt quality is not great .. torn of after limited use. Phone service could be improved. Overall much better than peer Jermyn street retailers

I have been Hawes & Curtis big fan since 2010 when I visited your shop at Oxford street.

I live in Tokyo and it was my first visit to London, to attend my friend's wedding. She took me aound the city and I was attracted by your shop at once. I enjoyed shopping, ending with 2 print cotton shirts (Olive style).

Years later, 2021, I missed your shirts a lot but due to pandemic (Covid) we could not travel abroad. So I visited your online shop and bought 4 shirts (all flower print !), I love all of them.

This time, as my sister requests me some clothes for her birthday gift, I visited your online shop again and picked 1 flower print cotton shirt for her and 1 pussybou blouse for me (first time to try your pussybou style). The color is breathtakingly beautiful.... I will search some bottoms to match with the blouse soon.

I am looking forward to give the shirt gift to my sister this weekend.

Question ; Olive style items are finished in your line-up? I could not find at online shop.

It was fairly simple, process, the web site is comprehensive, and elaborate enough to make a choice. Collection process was again very simple affair.
Shape and quality of shoes is very good.
All in all I am very happy.

I bought my first items from the Oxford Street store. The service was outstanding, very helpful attendant. I bought a shirt and trousers which are both of excellent quality and fit perfectly. They arranged alterations which were done within two days. I am adding this store to my favourites.

great service as usual only that the suit jackets dont give a good fit and it would be great for hawes & curtis to offer shoulder or tailoring alteration when there are issues with the fittings

Ordering was easy, item, arrived earlier than expected, quality of the item and packaging was good.

Purchased on line but needed to return as description of product not accurate. As opposed to returning via post, I decided to go to the actual store to change the item. Not so easy to find what I was looking for. Some of the staff were not very helpful. Not all stores have same stock which meant having to walk about London trying to find the right store. Nice shirts but very limited choice too. Once you know your size it s better going on line as opposed to experiencing the london shops.

Product is good. Customer care poor.
I had arranged collection from shop, never received email to collect by package . Went to the shop and asked for my delivery they told me to wait for an email confirming my delivery. No communication about my delivery to the shop for few days but I called the shop. The same story was told I should wait for an email confirmation.I told them that this is poor service and affect my planning and then only after they found my package at the store.I didn’t feel that any of staff cared a customer is not satisfied. They treated me as I was a trouble. Funny enough, salaries are coming from customers.Very sad .
