Leroy was a great sales assistant who helped me pick nice shirts for my corporate job. It can be really difficult for an 18 year old like me to find nice clothes for an environment I’ve never worked in before but Leroy used his experience to give expert advice to me and I really appreciate that.

Visited Stratford store in April for initial enquiry regarding buying seven suits, two dads and five groomsmen, at my son's wedding in August.
We were served by Waqar, who turned out to be a bit of legend. We took turns to try on sample sizing garments which Waqar noted down and then provided us with all the relevant sized suits in the style my son chose, which we took away same day, with the plan to return a few weeks before the day for final checks and adjustments.
One groomsman will be coming over from the US, so we took his suit on the day as well, and shipped it out to him so he had plenty of time to try it on and get adjustments made. He is now ready to travel!
This week, we returned to the store for the follow up appointment, and Waqar once again painstakingly ensured we all still had the rights sizes. In my case, I had dropped a size having followed a successful weight loss plan and it was no problem to swap the relevant elements of the suit for smaller ones. That made me feel pretty good if I'm honest (just saying!)
Waqar also measured and pinned the adjustments which any of us needed for that perfect fit and sent them off to be altered, so we can collect the final fitted ensembles next week.
Choice of suit styles and colours was great, prices were very competitive for the quality of tailoring and the service was superb.
Happy to recommend, and will return here for my future requirements.

I had to try more than five times to pay online, i have to go to westfield and still the same, very bad customer service i have to eventually pay by Klana reluctantly. I never know Hewes and Curties had turn to this???

New Suit

I purchased a new suit from Hawes & Curtis for the very first time. Exactly what I was looking for! I needed my trousers to be altered and visited the Stratford branch In Westfield. Great customer service.

I'm very disappointed about the anniversary offer. I ordered 6 shirts and the quality of the materials it is poor. First time weared and get broken. What a shame!

The suit was delivered quickly and was exactly what I ordered. Unfortunately, I didn’t order the right style suit for my build. When I went to have the suit altered in store, the staff there helped me to swap the suit and have it altered.

I just wanted to take a minute to let you know that the lady you have working in Stratford branch is a credit to your company. She gave 5* service going above and beyond for us today. My partner needed a suit and needed it tailored for today and she helped us so much with what started as a very stressful shopping trip she was so helpful with her recommendations and helping us choose the whole outfit! Worst company to deal with. I have order some shirts online, wrong size because the guide measurements were not right. No biggie. Went to the shop to exchange for a different size. At the shop I have been told by an employee that I can not exchange the shirts on sale. I said alright, let s exchange the other ones. She sent me to these big shelve to pick up from that had no order in sizes, tried to find my size in there but could not. No help was given in the shop, so I went to ask for a refund. No questions asked, why I don t want to exchange the shirts anymore. Not sure these people actually want to sell anything. Went home annoyed by the whole experience and checked their policy. Turned out that I could have exchanged all the shirts, even those on sale because they were purchased online. Hey! Thanks for the waisted time and ruined day. Returned all off them and complained to customer service. The shop manager offer me a discount that is basically offered to all new customers and a postage refund, if I provide a receip. I could not provide the receipt and since the policy said that the cost of that will be deducted from the money I paid, I said it will only be fair to be refunded the whole amount without any proof. Why would that be requited I don't know. Been refunded the cost -£8 so actually more than the postage was. No response from the shop manager to my e-mail. It could not get better. Just terrible company to buy from and awfully experience. I would not recommend it to anyone.
