This clinic is great. It's too early to know about whether it will help the tinnitus, but the hearing aids are far more functional than I thought they would be. And the care and precision of the measurement process by the staff is encouraging. Now when I step outside the birds are yelling at me to stop and listen, and take delight in their sounds.

Dr Rauctt listened to my concerns and problems with my hearing aids that I had for over five years. The feeling that my head was in a bucket and I couldn’t understand half of what people were saying. She asked how my tinnitus affected me in my day to day activities.
She did a thorough hearing test and explained the extent of my hearing loss. After fitting me with the option hearing aids that are adjusted to my hearing needs for the first time in years I can finally hear!! Things are not louder but clearer. I finally feel that I am part of the conversation, not sitting in the background faking my way through. I don’t even “hear” the tinnitus while wearing my hearing aids. I am totally thrilled with the results so far and it’s only been three weeks. My hearing and clarity is a 100 times better than my $5000 hearing aids. It’s like I got part of my life back!! I highly recommend Hearing and Brain Centers.

This hearing and brain center is like nothing I have ever seen! I have suffered with Tinnitus for decades! I thought no treatment would help me but I was wrong! The other hearing doctors just slap an one size fits all solution on you and wish you luck. The detail on how they match what your ear and brain needs to function was amazing to see! The technician that I worked with was very confident and patient. Showed me how to maintain the hearing pieces so that I could continue to improve my hearing and reduction in tinnitus. The receptionist was very confident, very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I have gone through 5 hearing aid companies and have been very unhappy but didn’t think we had any more options. We just didn’t know where to turn. I got an advertisement to go to a lecture about hearing loss and decided I had nothing to lose. My husband wasn’t very happy about going but he did.
The appointment rewarded us by screening our hearing us and giving us results. Free! We were amazed at how severe our hearing was. Our granddaughter is getting her masters degree in speech and hearing helps. She saw both our results and said, “grandma, now I can understand why you can’t hear!”
We met with the Dr on a Friday and paid a deposit so my husband could get his that day to see if they helped. Needless to say, he was sold on them. We went to a lecture that night and he could hear every word and I couldn’t hear anything. We signed up to get new hearing aids for me on Monday.
We are both extremely happy and are sharing our results with anyone that will listen to us.
The only regret we have is that my husbands hearing aids are only 1 1/2 years old from the previous place. It’s hard to put a price on being able to hear again. We are telling everyone they need to trust these very knowledgeable professionals.

The whole staff is so professional and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and that all your needs are met. The doctor is wonderful and spends as much time as necessary to understand your hearing needs. Then runs test and make adjustments to make sure that your hearing devices are working optimally for your hearing needs. Never feel rushed. Such a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone.
