Staff are great! Been in contact with Ian through the whole process, really patient, answering all our questions, very informative.
Electrician and panel fitters were great, helpful explaining how it all works and what happens. If considering solar panels would definitely recommend this company.

From our initial visit from John, to Mark ( apologies if name wrong) doing site assessment, Reid who has answered so many of my random questions and requests to the fantastic guys who installed the scaffolding, power and panels, everyone has been polite and professional throughout. All works were neat and tidy.

Got windows and doors from this company, got told it was a family business.then windows were put in by who knows they were abiut 16yrs old.put wrong window in my dsughters bedroom, had to be changed, front door was put on squint.they used cheap plastic for sills and surrounds, wrong endcaps.had to get company back as window sills are coming away not glued correctly, draughts coming from sills as not enough insulating foam.company came out said there's nothing they can do.absolute joke over 10 grand for windows.was meant to get discount for help for windows but didnt take it off my final bill.and was charged full amount.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Diane was very good at explaining everything about the windows and doors,gave lots of info and helped me pick the right windows for my house.

The guys were very friendly, took their time and made sure everything was right. Did an excellent job on all my windows and cleaned up after themselves which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend

We inquired about having solar panels installed on our property by Homeshield Scotland Limited and had a very positive experience from start to finish.
William visited us initially, clearly explaining the full process and how it would benefit us. He provided a quote that we were happy with, and there was no pressure at any stage.
Communication from head office was great-we were kept informed throughout about installation dates, so everything went smoothly with no surprises.
The installation team, lead by Jordan , were highly professional and approachable. They answered all of our questions and even gave helpful advice on the best location for the batteries. The work was carried out to a very high standard, leaving everything tidy with no mess at all.
Overall an extremely professional service with friendly and efficient team. We would highly recommend them.

I got my solar panels fitted today , the guys were very friendly and efficient at the job and cleaned up afterwards. Once finished testing the system informed me of all the components what to look out for and how the use the app , I'm very happy

The fitters were really good, the contact center also. Eddie was great. Product met our expectations.. not quite sure about the initial agent who visited, but overall, happy to give a 5 star rating.

Everyone was amazing in regards to sales, measure, fitting and the photographer.
The boys who fitted windows were lovely. Worked hard and answered any questions I had. They left the house spotless too.
Communication is lacking in places as I was called to say boys were running late before the planned day. They also sent the photographer to use my house as advertisement. No permission was sought for this by the company at all. And a female had told her they seeked permission from me. I had never spoke to anyone about photos until the windows had been removed and at that point I said it was too late for before photos - prime opportunity to tell me someone had already been out. I also only spoke to one female and told her she had the wrong day and boys weren’t due till next day. No conversation was had at all about photos. I wouldn’t have known if I wasn’t here when she came back for after photos. No incentive was offered which usually happens as good practice for this.

Home Shield did a great job from sales to installation to their after care.

Great experience with Homeshield when we ordered solar panels, inverter and batteries. The initial enquiry was passed through Octopus, and Sarah was the local sales rep who visited the house, and gave us all the information we needed. Sarah is hugely knowledgeable and professional, and there was no pressure for a sale - fantastic experience with Sarah.

We dealt with Ian in their operations team to arrange survey, and progress to installation. Excellent service and support from Ian at every stage, even though installation had to be delayed due to weather (outwith anyones control).

Jordan and Stuart the installers were also brilliant, completed everything to a high standard, and walked us through their work, making sure we were informed and satisfied before they left. They left everything immaculate before leaving.

Fantastic experience all round with Homeshield. We were not pressured into anything, and the service and support has been excellent throughout. Only 1 day after installation, we can see exactly how the solar panels, inverter, and batteries are working through the app, and are already delivering electricity back to the grid. System will pay for itself!

Prompt, quick and professional

Homeshield are amazing, the two young professional workers arrived when they said they would, they carried out a task I thought was going to be difficult but the completed the work, without any issues, on several occasions I could hear them even singing, they made my day.

The job was carried out to a high standard. They were very polite throughout and they tidied up after themselves. Thank you guys.
