Dorothy & Kerrie were very helpful and professional when I was selling my late mother's property, and the process was very smooth and efficient. Ultimately, I didn't sell to HBB as I got a better offer from an individual cash buyer, but even then HBB were very helpful and gave me some valuable advice in progressing the sale with the new buyer. We were aware the offer would be much less than anticipated market value. We accepted this as we needed a quick sale in a difficult market. A courteous, professional, clear explanation so all my questions were answered, I didn't take the offer as a 20% lower than market price was less than I wanted to accept, having said that, had I been in more of a hurry I would certainly have accepted.

We read the advert in our morning paper, on 29 th. of August about 07.30 and immediately made contact, looking forward to their 24 hour response etc. We did get an acknowledgement and waited for a proper reply.
Nothing in the next 24 hours,
Nothing in 48 Hours
Nothing after 72 hours ( the advert had appeared twice more since the first I responded to )
So I sent an email expressing my disappointment.
I had a call and was told that nobody had known it was a bank holiday weekend !

The paperwork arrived after I had been contacted by two companies. One refused outright, one thought about it and then offered. The Zoopla valuation here was £370-£380. Offer? £275? Go find you bikes!
