Very accommodating, helpful and kind throughout the referral and assessment process. Ruth was my assessor and took her time, did not rush me and offered a very prompt and responsive experience that again was rooted in kindness. Was really impressed and grateful for such a smooth service

I was referred to this company through the right to choose from my mental health doctor as I have been experiencing emotional dysregulation for a while. I wasn’t sure how the assessment would go and thought I was wasting everyone’s time however I met with the lovely assessor Megan Steele and I have to say she make me feel completely comfortable, she explained thing clear and helps me connect the markers she had identified. She was that good that I changed my second assessment to be with her again. She allowed me time and space and made me feel seen and heard. I would 1000% recommend her. She even allowed me time to process what had been said and allowed me to send follow up questions after our assessment which I did and the clarity she gave me was freeing.
I was recently assessed for ADHD by Dr Sijjad Ijaz, and I found him to be very helpful, easy to speak to, and thorough throughout the assessment. I also really appreciated that he highlighted some of the strengths that can come with ADHD, rather than focusing solely on the challenges. Overall it was a very positive experience :))
