Ordered Supercove coving which is a…
Ordered Supercove coving which is a polyurethane coving and instead recieved Procove, a polymer based coving. What made the whole experience even worse was to find out that HSS don't actually stock anything. Instead they go to a third party and purchase it through them. In my case it was my local B&Q store, which i purposely didn't go to as I knew they didn't stock what I wanted. Total was time. Won't bother with these again.

Previous experience was very good, bought the same item again, this time waited in all day for the delivery, spent 45 minutes on hold to customer services only to be told twice they would look into my enquiries and call me back but didn’t on both occasions. Wasted the whole day, not impressed.

Serious concerns with poor information…
Serious concerns with poor information and customer service. They never answer the phone.
I have been left on hold for nearly 30 minutes in total and they have told me that they will charge me for a failed collection despite me telling them that I would not be in and where I would leave the item for collection and despite the fact that they only told me they would be collecting via email less than 30 minutes before the guy turned up on a day when I told them I would not be there.
