Prompt service. Good prices.

First time I've bought from Huws Gray and it was a great experience from the team in Bletchley.

I have since ordered a 2nd delivery to my home and it was equally good. The prices of the materials for my domestic patio job were also lower than my usual supplier (beginning with 'W').

I ordered quite late at night and it was delivered the following morning, which is great service.

The delivery drivers I've met are always very friendly and a great asset to Huws Gray as the 'public face' of the company. Quite a contrast to the rather impersonal service you tend to receive elsewhere nowadays.

Website was simple to use. Slight issue with the the delivery quantity but all sorted out with one friendly phone call to the branch and with no inconvenience to me.

I ordered a .55 cu metre bag of topsoil on Saturday they phoned me on Monday morning and it was delivered within an hour.
The huge lorry came and much to my Grandsons delight craned it onto our drive.

Placed my order 10 days prior called on the day of agreed delivery at 12 noon to confirm it would be coming as agreed was told yes. Called again at 4pm to be told we forgot to put it on the lorry. However they agreed to deliver the following day which they did.

Great service and support. One of the staff kindly dropped off some wood which was placed on order because he lived nearby.

Ordered and delivered within a couple of days. Delivery driver very helpful and efficient

i rang the local office to find out when my slate would be delivered. I was told that it did be already been delivered that morning. It hadn’t then the man said he had been outside and the delivery driver was just about to leave. I asked why I hadn’t been told what when the delivery day would be and he said he’d put it in an email and he had no idea what I would’ve received. It was only what he’d sent. He was rude and sarcastic. Also, it took an age to find out a phone number for the branch. It had a local Facebook page advertised, but I’m not on Facebook.

Order delivered very quickly. And delivery man very helpful.

I placed an online order for some hardboard but couldn't see how to ask for it to be cut to a particular size. I phoned my local branch the next working day and they dealt with it straight away, even refusing my offer to pay the cutting charge aditionally. Great Service!
