Very disappointing quality
Very disappointing quality. The product looks cheap and the socks are extremely long and made of low-quality synthetic material. It does not match the expectations set by the website. The “extra heart gift box” is misleading – I expected a box for the socks, but it was only a very small box meant for a chocolate heart. Overall, not worth the money. I would not recommend buying from this site.

Dear Belinda, I'm very sorry you didn't appreciate our quality. What you WRONGLY define "synthetic material" is premium double yarn twisted cotton 60/2 mercerized bought from the best supplier in Italy (I can show you the invoice if you want).
Yes, I confirm that socks are long socks, exactly as mentioned in the product description and also the heart is exactly as the picture where you can see the size (also because in the picture, the hearth is next to the jars to show the size and you can see that the jars are much bigger than the heart).

But since then I have no information on my order, tried “shop” app, the webpage, but no tracking on my order.

Unwanted communication from the company
I left a few items in my cart, and the website took my phone number and started sending me repeated WhatsApp messages. This behaviour is extremely intrusive, unprofessional, and frankly desperate. There was no chance I would make a purchase under this kind of pressure. Even if I had considered buying something, the constant unsolicited messages completely changed my mind. This is not acceptable conduct for any business.

I don't know what happened in last update of our whatsapp software and was turned on a kind of integration with AI and we started to send a lot of messages for abandoned cart, even to customers who already did the purchase. I've never recieved the product. Have send 2 times email to get a feedback. I have never received any answer nor a solution to offer the re-produce the socks if the package have been lost in course. I had a first buy last year , and was satisfied. However, the lasck of feedback and responsivness for a buying of 90 euros is extremely disappointing

Disappointing
There is no follow-up on the order and if you mail or send a whatsapp, there is no response...very disappointing.
Order has not been delivered and no info has been received...
Also costs for delivery are supposed to be free as of 49€...not the case...

We posted a message in home page that we are sorry but in this period we are not able to answer mail or whatsapp because we are focused on shipping and we give a phone number to call for any kind of requests (335 1825309). I confirm you that from our side we are giving all the orders to BRT/GLS/TNT the same day or day after we receive the orders, but like last year, they take much longer to deliver the orders. We work same way 365 days a year but shippers work very bad during Christmas. And I'm really sorry we work so hard every single day and night (it's 00.20 now) and we receive only 5 star feedback 11 months a year and in December, every year, we receive same 1 star feedback only because shippers are working very bad..
