All positive up front but then couldn’t install what had been quoted and wanted £2k more to make it work. That was 3 years ago.

Recently needed assistance with EDDI (as Myenergi is even worse at responding) but also wanted to increase battery storage. Clearly not a big enough job for them to bother with replying. Very annoying.

The staff were always very responsive and helpful. Booking a roof survey was quick and the quote was detailed. Our friends had a very positive experience with Infinity installing panels on their new build house, which is the main reason we chose to go with them.

Recommendations if getting solar panels:
- If you want to maximise the value of your solar installations, assess all locations where you could squeeze panels, especially if you've got multiple roof surfaces. Look up different panel sizes online and request them to test others, not just the largest & latest make on offer. Our system was resized from the initial 3x 510W to 8x460W after we requested it.

- Discuss and confirm the suitability of your roof with the in-person surveyor, especially if living in an older property. Our roof was discovered to be unsuitable on installation day, as the roof tiles have been secured with cement. This requires replacement of all tiles under the panels, which was not covered by the quote.

I would just like to say a big thank to the electrical team Sam, Harry, & Josh who installed my solar set up. The work area was kept spotless, the set up was installed neatly everything put back where they found it, excellent team work over the two day well done. Also not for getting Migel & Steve who installed the solar panels, not an easy job because the panels had to be staggered they just got on with it the area was kept clear & tidy at all times also two great polite and friendly lads, all where Infinity’s direct labour a great team effort. Also would like to say a big thank to Ben & Adam who finally helped decide after spending weeks wading through the minefield of systems and installers,I would highly recommend Infinity Energy Services,

Both Gregg and Dave we very good kept me informed all throughout the installation they worked very professional and the installation is very neat clean and tidy in a very confined space under thestairs.spent time with me explaining and helping setting everything up.

Absolutely flawless installation by Gregg & Harry and the roofing team. The work was executed exactly as planned. I will highly recommend the Company.

The process from initial enquiry, through design visit, install and final paperwork was handled well by the different members of the team.
The panels and battery are working well a month in and we'd happily use Infinity again.
On the day of the install, Izaak and Harry did a great job, nice tidy install exactly where we wanted things.

Installation was a dream, worry free. The installers (Joe and Harry on electrics + Pav and Steve on roof panels) exuded confidence and kept us up to speed with progress. Was worried about potential damage to home running cables from roof level, down through the house and into the garage on ground level - very tidily done and all restored to original states. Ran us though the cable runs and placements and set up the monitoring apps and explained same.

Had some scheduling issues, but were quickly overcome. Just awaiting the scaffolding deinstall.

Haven’t set up the export process as yet. Hopefully goes quickly !

We had 22 roof panels on 2 roof aspects, and Fox inverter and battery.

Would recommend.

Initially very helpful but then took much longer than planned to fully commission the PV system. The panels were on the roof when planned but they had not factored in time to connect them and so it was another week before they were working.
We recently had a house fire and part of the roof need to be replaced. After a couple of hiccups, Infinity were great, replacing a couple of damaged panels and rectifying something that had been installed incorrectly.

The installers from Infinity were very punctual, friendly and professional, the roofing team Phil and Shep did a great job gettting the panels installed very quickly and the electricians Sam and Ollie did a very tidy job with the electrics, they explained the install in great detail and got it set up and running in no time, very happy to recommend Infinity. Our setup is 10 panels on the garage roof with a powerwall 3, Solis inverter and Tesla gateway.

Excellent advice prior to installing my home batteries. Did what they said they would do when they said they would do it - unusual these days! Helpful tutorial on how to get the best out of the batteries. Took just over a day to install. Gregg, Josh and Dave were all brilliant.

The company were a good price and very helpful at the order stage.
Luckily the paperwork was completed quickly, and Sam and Josh installed my battery earlier this week.
They were very efficient, polite and a pleasure to have in my property.
Very happy, as adding the battery to my solar system I am currently operating at 85% self sufficiency. 🥰

We were pleased with every aspect of dealing with Infinity Energy from start to finish. Communications were good, everything happened when they said it would and everyone on the team was helpful. We are delighted with system and wish we'd done it years ago. I would definetley recommend Infinity.

Phil and Shep were very professional and tidy. They came to sight early in the morning and were friendly and introduced themselves. They installed 14 solar panels in a day. It was on one of the hottest days but they worked at it until they got the job done. We are really pleased with the installation and would not hesitate to recommend Infinity Energy services.
