Communication through email was fantastic throughout the process when I placed the order and when the order was shipped with the tracking number. The order shipped out very quickly, and I received it faster than expected.

Friendly staff super helpful .

I first visited this shop approximately 16 months ago when I was looking to purchase the inov8 roclite pro mid gtx boot. The staff were super friendly, encouraged me to try a cheaper model in case it suited better, and allowed me pls of time to discuss my needs, and multiple goes on their footwear ramp.

Fast forward and a return visit today to replace the boots that have done hundreds of miles. Different staff members, but still super friendly and asked questions / listened to my stories of past and future adventures.

I’m not a runner, definitely not built to be a runner but find this store super friendly and helpful supplying a brand of footwear that suits my feet.

They do have clothing lines too

The staff member was really friendly and helpful. Explained about the differences in the trail shoes, support, grip etc and then produced several pairs for me to try in a very unhurried atmosphere.

As you age your body changes. Finding the sneakers with large cushion heals are throwing off my balance. Your flat well fitting sneakers are just the thing to counter act this.

Purchasing the shoes were easy. They were too narrow for my clown feet, but returning them was also very easy.

I love inov8 products as they really work for me. I use both the road and trail shoes thanks to the wide toe box and comfort that don’t compromise on grip. The race vest has all the comfort and pockets I need and the storm shell jacket offers great lightness and breathability. The shop staff in York are also incredibly helpful and provide good and experienced advice and often look for ways to offer longevity to the product rather than buying new. Top service all round.

The Inov8 All Terrain Gaiter came highly recommended as a summer gaiter for my old Berghaus walking shoes. The gaiters fitting securely relies on the elasticity of the securing loop that runs under the stole, rather than manual tensioning like other gaiters. As the elasticated loop is not permanently attached to the gaiter, there is a risk of them becoming separated in storage, misplaced/lost. The material is very breathable and very comfortable to wear. They should keep water out when walking through wet grass. Unfortunately I have found that like other trail shoe/trainer gaiters they ride up at the back allowing debris in. Hence the 3 stars.

A fast standard delivery service within the UK, the gaiters were ordered 13-08-2026, advised when they were shipped, and they arrived 14-08-2026.

Loving this superb UK brand which I was recently introduced to and have enthusiastically bought their well designed kit for my trail running including the Racepac 8 & flasks, tops, vests etc..just basically lots of kit
Discovered an Inov8 shop in Bakewell and nearly keeled over with happiness !!

Ordered online and order received the following day. Excellent.

I wanted specific Inov8 trail runners in the correct fit (wide) to replace my identical ones which had done over 500 miles! Speedy delivery and I was sent a free pair of Inov8 socks too which was a bonus. I only hope Inov8 do not discontinued the Trail Talon wide fit EVER as they're easily the best trail runners I've ever used

The staff in the Bakewell store were brilliant. Spent a long time looking for the best shoe and fit for me, and full of great advice. It was the best and most detailed running shoe shopping experience I’ve had, and the shoes themselves are great. Can’t recommend more.
