The company replaced a bad pair with another bad pair. The glue holding the upper and lower together is not functioning. I am very disappointed because I've worn this shoe (varying weights) for ten years and I've never had this problem.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with this purchase. I bought this as a bday gift to my husband, the shoes just aren’t a good fit for him. I have tried to return them
By getting a message saying there’s no carrier around my area. I have contacted customer service and they have responded with we have reset the link only to get the same message. I dislike sites that make it difficult for customer to make a return such as this one. I didn’t spend almost $200 on and item that it’s useless for us at this point. My order number is N2234503 I need a customer service rep to please email me a mailing label so I can drop off the item to be returned. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying form this site at all.
