I was kept updated with expected time of arrival, which was helpful.
Chris arrived promptly, and explained the treatment and the time necessary for me to leave the house, whilst the treatment was applied and for 4 hours afterwards. Just need to see now that it has worked 🤞

Right from the start the staff were efficient and helpful. I was booked in quickly and kept up to date with arrival times. Nigel came and did our assessment and treatment . He was unbelievably knowledgeable and helpful. If you havent used JG before I would highly recommend

AVOID!!
Initially called on a Wednesday due to a fly issue in our conservatory. Was assured they can come the next day, Thursday, for an AM appointment. They informed me that after the appointment I would have to be out of the property for 4 hours. I booked time off work to suit this. The morning of the supposed appointment I got an email saying they’re now coming 3pm - 6pm. At 3pm I then got a call saying they’re no longer coming today. I suspect the initial appointment for next day was just to get my business and I had to pay a £100+ deposit. I was assured I would 100% get a morning appointment 8am - 1pm on the Friday. It got to 2pm and they had not arrived. I called to chase & was told they’re running late. Eventually arriving at 3pm. The technician was at first helpful explaining everything. I waited outside as the treatment only took 15 minutes. I locked up after he left and returned home 4-5 hours later as recommended at approx 8-9pm. Upon returning home I found the technician had destroyed my wooden decking in back garden. It is very very clear he stood on the edge of it to try reach the roof. He didn’t mention this to me when he left. I rang the following morning but as it was a Saturday was told to call back on Tuesday (Monday being a bank holiday). When I called and emailed on Tuesday morning, sending photos through I was told a manager will call you back before 5pm. Got to 5pm and nothing. I called again and was then told you’ll get a call within 24 hours of sending the email. 24 hours passed and nothing so I called again and this time was told it’s 48 hours! 48 hours passed and still no call. I called again to chase and eventually managed to speak to a manager. I sent all the photos through and they went off to ‘investigate’ with the technician that came. Eventually they came back saying he only rested his ladders on it & it was standing when he left! As I waited outside the property I knew he didn’t even get any ladders out of his van!! When I queried this they simply said we have to trust our technician!
Eventually they agreed to give me my money back but would not be liable to cover the cost of repairing the decking! Avoid at all costs. If I could attach photos I would.

The technician Robert Williams was punctual and polite. He inspected the areas of concern and agreed that there was a problem. We left him a key so he could access the property while he conducted the necessary treatment. Everything was in order when we returned the next day. He posted our key as arranged.

Absolutely fantastic service. We had an ant problem and they came out almost immediately to sort it. The whole process was quick, easy and caused no disruption at all.

What really impressed me was that the treatment comes with a 4-month guarantee, which gives great peace of mind that the issue has been properly dealt with.

Robin who attended today to apply treatment for a ant infestation was a very polite and knowledgeable individual who explained the process clearly.
He got straight to the job and identified the source of the problem at hand and covered all potential points of entry with a very professional attitude.
He showed me how the ants already started to consume the bait and assured me that this will eliminate the problem.

I was informed of what needed to be done and told to wait 6/7 days and should be bees return to call the company for further investigation . The gentleman was pleasant and left once the treatment was completed.

Initial call was dealt with efficiently and with understanding as I was very anxious about the nest location. Luckily someone was in the area and arrived 40 minutes later with the job completed about an hour after I first rang. Treatment and what happens next explained and questions answered. Exceptional service. Will highly recommend.

Ben arrived in the time slot allocated. He explained what he would do to eradicate a bees nest, how the treatment works. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
Fingers crossed this has done the trick but also feel reassured with the 3 week time scale guarantee, if the treatment needs repeating.
