The JG technician arrived on time and was very quick in his assessment of our issue and the treatment. Very good

Good communications, came on time, dealt quickly and efficiently with wasps, and explained everything well.

Bedbug treatment cost me £1500. The promise 4 month guarantee and a free treatment within four months if needed. It turns out this promise is not worth the paper it's written on.

Initial treatment seemed to work however after a couple of months we spotted a few more bedbugs so we contacted this company for the free treatment only to be told because we have not reported anything within two months they won't do a free treatment and all warranty is void and this must be a new infestation. I will need to pay again.

Personally, I wouldn't trust this Company would highly recommend you elsewhere for any pest treatment.

I have a four month warranty in writing, but turns out to be worthless. Avoid.

Absolutely ridiculous service. After a heat treatment, activity was still seen after 24 hours. After a 'further' chemical treatment STILL activity. Danielle the customer service manager then proceeds to tell me it the heat treatment didn't work because the the house there were a few make up wipes under the bed which consistute the the room being 'cluttered'. What absolute rubbish! DO NOT USE

Came the same day ,was polite and told me what he was doing and why ,what to do while waiting for treatment to hopefully work on the ants,time will tell

Gemma explained what she was doing, why and what the process, treatment and solution was. She was very understanding of the situation and also explains to the neighbour that the rats we're probably not entering her loft from our property as the entry point was too low abs not connected, but they were in the drains.

Aaron was very informative, professional, pleasant and answered all our questions and nothing was too much trouble. He suggested we get in touch with his office to arrange a further treatment to the outside of the roof, which we will do.

Despite this being a very stressful situation, JG pest control made it feel painless and stress free! The entire team was incredibly helpful and reassuring throughout. Phillip did an amazing job of heat treating our house. He was timely polite and very knowledgeable. I felt like we were in very safe hands! Exceptional service - would 100% recommend!

We were kept informed of the time slot to expect a visit. The treatment to a bee's nest in the wall cavity was carried out without a problem and in a very short amount of time. Would definitely recommend this company as the experience was flawless from start to finish.

Never done there job. Done 2 treatment then asked for more money even tho there website say garentee elimination. When I asked about this they basically said not my problem. Have a photo of there reply but cant put on here. DONT USE. THEY WILL NOT SORT YPUR ISSUE

Really prompt response to my call, with same day treatment. Alastair quickly got on, gave lots of advice and reassurance. He also identified the source of the infestation, and advised what could be the fundamental problem in the sewer system. He was incredibly thorough, went above my expectations in cleaning the drain, checking my shed and emptying water sources that would encorage ongoing activity. I have every confidence that the infestation will be eradicated. Im grateful for his honest evaluation and clear explanation of todays treatment and possible follow up by the council if needed in a few weeks. Highly recommended.

Abbey is a competent and qualified professional.He went into my loft (no mean feat as it isn't boarded),was able to analyse the evidence,and work out what sort of rodents had been there.He correctly spotted squirrel damage-as evinced by a dead squirrel he subsequently spotted in the guttering. He also found and removed a dead rat in the loft.
He inspected the outside of the premises, and showed me where rodents could get in.His expert analysis and subsequent treatment of the problem(which included setting a squirrel trap) gave me confidence that he knew exactly how the problem could be dealt with.

My initial call was answered by a human who very helpfully talked me through the process for dealing with a wasp nest. Treatment was applied within a few days and communication about the time window for attending was kept up to date which was very helpful to us. The nest has now been closed and I'm very pleased with the attention and communication we received from JG Pest control.

I booked JG Pest Control due to an infestation of bed bugs in my flat in London. They were very helpful from the start - outlined the full treatment process and consistently answered my many questions as I got my flat ready for treatment. Treatment was booked 3 days after bed bugs first spotted.

Robert Williams arrived promptly on the day, was very kind and answered all my questions and provided advice. He put me at ease in what was rather a stressful time. Flat was left in good condition following treatment.

It is too early to tell if all pests have been eradicated yet, but fingers crossed!

Second visit needed to eliminate ant infestation and Mike Simpson came when he said he would, went all round the house and driveway checking for activity. He found 16 nests requiring treatment. Nice thorough work from a very helpful operative who clearly knows his stuff

Very quick service (same day). Dealt with pricing query promptly and effectively. Aaron, who carried out the work (wasp nests treatment), was friendly, helpful, professional and explained everything very clearly. Good job. Would recommend.

The pest control officer was very polite and considerate of the property. However it didn't take long for the substance to be administered to deal with the issue so for value for money this was way over priced. I feel that I have been overcharged for a job that took only 30 or so minutes. When I called to ask about services and availability I was given minimal information and asked for an afternoon appointment which he confirmed. However, when I received the confirmation by email it was a morning to lunchtime appointment and not what I had booked. Also the information about further visits was very specific and the things I was expected to do prior the visit was not mentioned in the conversation when booking. I hope this treatment works, but we shall have to see

Three last minute cancellations of confirmed appointments, very inconvenient, The treatments were therefore not done in what I was told to be the correct time frame, so therefore less effective. One of your people who was coming to do a treatment could not find the property, asked me to phone the office for directions whilst we were abroad. I therefore replied to his email with the post code (which he should have known) only to waste my time as it was an unspecified "no reply" email He did not bother to turn up. All in all a complete shambles.

I would not use this company for honeybee removal. We have a long-standing colony in a difficult to access part of our roof which unfortunately needs removal before a roofer can start work nearby. The difficulty of access was perfectly obvious from the photos I was asked to send in. I was told I needed to pay £180 for a bee survey which having not received for a week and a half I pressed for earlier today. In return I received a short letter that said " Unfortunately, I have been advised that we are unable to proceed with treatment, as it is not possible to block roofs in a way that would prevent future access for honeybees. Blocking is a legal requirement for honeybee treatment." This is true but it should have been obvious both from the photos I sent in and, failing this, I should have recived this information immediately after the survey.
Given the company advertises itself as having RSPH (BPCA) Level 2 operatives I was expecting a detailed survey of how the colony would be accessed, probably involving the removal of rooftiles and facia boards, and how the colony together with its honeycomb removed. Also of course the cost of this work.
I now have wasted £180 and ten days and still have to find a company with the right skills to undertake the work.
