After years of main dealer service and non routine work done on my van i had a timing belt break 4 years after j&p fitted it and only 80k kms done since.
I enquired to see if the dealer could assist in any way and I was informed it was out of warranty.
Considering the recommendation is 120-160kms between belts I felt Peugeot could have been more helpful.

I had my car in for a service and was very happy with the experience. The lady at reception was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful throughout the process. I had a few specific concerns and questions, and she took the time to help me with everything and made the whole experience very easy.

Had a recall on my Kia Niro at Kia Douglas. When I arrived after driving from Youghal, the part had not arrived and was told that I would have to come back another time. This is after them having 3 weeks to get the part or alternatively to let me know about it. Sent in a complaint but no response.
