Ramona R. was brilliant from start to finish; friendly, patient, and incredibly thorough. She found a MetLife package with better benefits (including fractures and partial ligament tears) and a higher funeral benefit, and she set up the payments exactly how I asked. Accident cover started right away, and I feel genuinely protected. Thank you, Ramona!
