Kingsbridge was fantastic experience! Relaxing atmosphere and great service

My appointment went so smoothly, the receptionist was so kind and helpful. I did not have to wait long. My nurses were lovely and very knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend kingsbridge to anyone.

Efficient and highly professional service and care throughout. Staff were all extremely compassionate and the clinical care was excellent.

This is now my second time going for surgery in Kingsbridge. I find all the staff, ie Drs. Nurses, receptionists to be very pleasant and helpful.

Recently received a new hip at Kingsbridge. First class service all the way through from the first consultation.

I thought waiting for a private consultation for two months was very poor. But once I got the consultation the service was excellent

Slight delay initially however the professional and personal performance of nursing staff was superb. I would like to mention Megan, Ali who was working her last day before maternity leave and Caroline was amazing. The Consultant Prof Aaron Peace was top notch. Great experience. All completed on time with very friendly staff.

Booked appointment with Mr Farnan ENT for my 7 year old daughter who was quite unwell and in pain. When entering appointment Mr Farnan looked quite confused and distasteful when I explained my daughter, who has autism, is quite anxious in medical situations. Mr Farman stated he does not see children and I should not have been allowed to book the appointment online as it should be barred from the system. He then said he would go to reception to see could he get us rebooked as I explained my child is unwell, I have took a day off work and it was a 2 hour round trip for this appointment. Mr Farman’s manner was one of annoyance and not friendly at all, despite me explaining my child was so anxious. I was rebooked with another doctor but the visit was extremely stressful for both myself and my daughter and I will not be returning due to poor service and quite frankly bad manners when paying £225 for a 15 minute appointment.

A brilliant experience. Treated with respect. No excessive waiting or queuing. Staff were friendly and courteous. Doctors were very thorough and explained everything in detail. Highly recommended.

Staff were honestly so welcoming, really calming and reassured me constantly. They were considerate and attentive and could not have done more. I was really nervous when I arrived and they explained everything, helped to calm any fears or worries I had and stayed with me throughout.

Mr Neville Thompson is such a gentleman so helpful and informative We also enjoyed the hospitals excellent canteen

Easy booking process everyone was helpful. Especially nurse Nicola who was reassuring and put me at ease throughout treatment.

Really regret going with Kingsbridge during my pregnancy. Every appointment I had I had to wait a minimum of 90 minutes before being seen. I once asked for a doctors note from them which took weeks and many phone calls before anyone finally did this simple task. Currently in hospital now and they have been less than helpful. Would definitely not recommend

Dr. Asadullah Aslam was nice to talk to and was more than accommodating. He made sure that the patient will be comfortable and relaxed. Also, he addressed all the queries we had during the consultation and for that, we truly appreciate.
