Amazing products

Amazing products, great customer service, and fair prices. Delivery was very quick in 2 days from ordering. Keep it up, you have me as a customer for life. This is the second humidor I am buying, just amazing.

Wanted an induction hob with knobs…

Wanted an induction hob with knobs instead of those annoying touch buttons and klarstein had the only one I could find. I ordered, it turned up the next day, and its perfect. It works brilliantly, seems well made, well packaged, good instructions. I cannot fault it. Time will tell of course, but for now, I can't say a single bad thing about the item or the experience.

Buyer beware - awful company to deal with

Last June we bought a cooker hood, the details are listed below. My wife left a trustpilot review but Klarstein requested it was removed because the receipt was in my name so therefore the experience was not a genuine one. So I am now leaving the review

We bought a cooker hood but the kitchen installation was delayed because we found asbestos which needed to be removed. When we eventually opened the box to get the specifications out,we found the hood was too big. Being outside the 14 day return slot I sent an email explaining the delay we had experienced and that we hadn't taken the item out of the box so asked if under these circumstances we could return it. Yes, they said and duly sent us a returns label. Off it went back to Klarnstein. Two weeks later we received an email to say we weren't entitled to a refund so they were now sending it back to us! Now to me, that is just plain stupid, but we now have it back. I have no idea what it has cost them in delivery costs but they certainly will not get any further business from me, nor will I recommend them to anyone else.

The reply from Klarstein below doesn't adress the fact that they agreed to take it back and once they had it decided that no, they were sending it back. I fully apprciate their returns policy, but as we hadn't removed it from it's original packaging I asked a simple question as to whether in these circumstances they would accept a return. It's a case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing and the customer is left frustrated. It really doesn't matter to me anymore as I will never purchase from them again, nor will I recommend, so just beware before you buy.

well worth a look

only available online so as far as i am aware no viewing prior to purchase however most products i purchased are very very good high build quality and durable stylish on que pricing

We have warehouses in the UK and Germany, from where we ship depends on stock levels.

If Parcelforce charged you a customs tax, they did something wrong, because that tax is fully paid when shipping. The price shown in our website is the final one.

Brand new induction hob BROKEN

Our new induction hob gave an error and within 30 minutes it broke down. Didn't work at all. this happened on December 31 2025. So after 2 weeks of emailing we got an address where to send the hob to. Budapest en later Berlin. We had to call an electrician 4 times. 1 x to install, 1 x to check why it was not working, 1 x to disconnect the hob so we could send it and finally 1 x to install again. Ofcourse we did not save the box, because it was a new hob and we did not except it to break down. We had to order a box from internet. Klarstein / Chal-tec GMBH / Berlin brands group only refunded the Posta fee to send it to Budapest. Not the box, not the electrian bill, and no compensation for our patience. And finally January 26th we could cook our first meal in our new home, so this took more than 4 weeks overall! We are absoluty not satisfied with the service Klarstein gave us.
I give 2 stars because the product looks so beautiful, but In our new home we need several more equipment but we definately NOT choose Klarstein!

Klarstein is proving to be ignorant in the customer service area.

Klarstein just gets worse. This is my third bad review of their unfinished customer service. The last response to my complaint of not being refunded postage that i had to pay to send something back because they refused to fulfill their commitment to send labels in order for a product to be returned. Their response on Trustpilot was 'they respond to Trustpilot complaint via email'. The fact is, they don't. They say they have refunded me for the product. I'm not disputing that. They, not once, have answered my question, how was I to get something back to them if they don't send labels? With the statement that it needs to be returned, yet they refuse to organise this, led to this problem. Klarstein management, why don't you show management skills and manage this ongoing problem rather that to email me telling me the matter is finished and I should stop emailing them. I keep telling you, I will not stop. For the sake of just sending what is rightfully mine, your reputation is at great stake. Customer service has to be worst ever experience. Fix the situation. Again, I will not stop with pursuing this matter and hopefully Klarstein's response to this will be a one where they take responsibilty for their own errors. Not once did customer service ever acknowledge that they didn't send labels. Shockingly bad.
NOTE. Just received response from Klarstein to my above review., referring me to their communication. Their communication doesn't answer my questions and address the dire situation. Klarstein, you refer to my countless emails where you avoid my questions and the issue you need to fix.

The only way to communicate with…

The only way to communicate with Customer Service in Klarstein is via TrustPilot or social media. They do not reply to emails

I cannot get a response to my issue and have not had a replacement item now since November (it’s now March)

Ticket number once again in the hope that they will reply to my email

A classy mini fridge.

The pictures and reviews on the website were accurate. The mini fridge is perfect for my daughter’s small bedroom. The design of the fridge is perfect. It is a quality item and arrived promptly. Couldn’t be happier.

Disappointing

Just because we only saw 5 star reviews on the website we decided to purchase two of their products. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing, so I want to share an honest review.

Lucia 1800W 5L Kitchen Robot with Meat Grinder (Black)
This is, without exaggeration, one of the worst multipurpose kitchen machines we’ve used. The mixing function does not reach the bottom of the bowl, leaving large amounts of flour unmixed. As for the meat grinder, it lacks the power to process meat properly and the results are unusable. Even more concerning, the grinder components began to rust after only two uses. The last time we tried it, the meat had black/grey spots caused by rust and material decay, which is completely unacceptable for a nearly new appliance. I would definitely not purchase this product again.

LARMA Cordless Bagless Vacuum (up to 45 minutes runtime)
This vacuum has made cleaning far more difficult than it should be. The suction power is very weak, so you have to go over the same area multiple times to pick up dirt. Hair and debris constantly get tangled in the floor brush, requiring frequent stops to clean it just to avoid spreading dirt around.
The battery life is also far below the advertised 45 minutes. In reality we get around 20 minutes on a full charge. Even our cleaning professional struggled with it and had to manually scrub the floors, which ended up costing us extra.

Overall, both products failed to meet basic expectations in terms of performance and durability. Based on our experience, we would not recommend them.
They are however visually stunning.
But if they can’t do the job it’s not worth it.

Customer Service Department needs investment

Had my previous review removed as stated it wasn’t genuine. It was. Awful customer service department, they need to invest in this. Cooker hood chimney was not the correct length, advice from one of the agents was to just use the filter option instead of the ducting. Poor customer service such as exiting a chat at 4pm as it was home time. I have the chat transcripts. There’s no way to call them. No one will call you back. To be fair, I have been given a partial refund on this hood now. But have sent this back and still awaiting a full refund. Will update as to whether this arrives or if it will be the same fight to get the rest back.

Would really like to acknowlege…

Would really like to acknowlege Klarstein for quick refund, after I rejected the delivery of kitchen hood, beacuse in the meantime I managed to fix my old one. The whole return and refund process took approximately 10 days. Very happy with the communication with customer service team and speed of resolving the case.
