Products good quality, checkout process poor.
I have shopped with Lamberts for decades now and find their supplements to be excellent quality. However, they've recently started using Shopify for checking out and I have to say I absolutely hate it. It has just made checking out a more cumbersome process. I prefer companies that simply handle their own checkout process.
