It's terrible when the box is shoved…
It's terrible when the box is shoved into the mailbox and blocks the lock so the mailbox can't be opened. Very useful in order to retrieve my package.

poor information about delivery, arrived a month early,so was not expected and other arrangements had to be made
I was advised delivery was in 19th November, but then it arrived today..with only a few hours notice. As this was to be delivered to a property I rent, and live in UK, I had to arrange fir the gardien to accept the parcel.

Bad Delivery on muddy floor…
Packages were shoved through vent window in the muddy cave. Normally packages are left on the terrace if no one home. I stayed home on purpose to receive my package and no one attempted delivery directly to me.

Quick delivery
Quick delivery. Good communication.
But there is one deliveryman (not the current one), who leaves the package on the ground by the gate, instead of in the mailbox. This can easily be stolen or damaged by passing cars. Please inform this deliveryman to put package in the mailbox. I sent a message the first time it happened, but he did it again a second time. So messages don’t seem to be effective.
