Reliable, polite, prompt delivery, good quality materials
Order over the phone was easy, polite and reliable branch manager, english easy to understand.
Delivery lead time as expected, driver called and was polite and easy to understand.
Can’t put 5 star as couldn’t inspect delivered materials at time of review.
Following materials inspection - timber was in very good condition although for some reason the width and thichness of the rails varied slightly.
Worth shopping again there.

Great customer service, always goes above and beyond
Nothing is a problem for Danielle and Steve at Bedford Depot, they are always willing to help and go the extra mile, it is a shame their delivery area doesn't cover the area we work and they have to send it out to the local branch.
