Damaged items delivered to site
Items were delivered to site with damage and, in spite of being advised the day after delivery on the install date, I'm still waiting on thenl exchange over a week later ...can't finish what is a small job ...very disappointed in what is a poor service.

Excellent customer service, Mark and Leanne at the Letchworth office were both fantastic, and although the driver delivered much earlier than planned and dropped our load in the wrong place, he quickly returned and moved them for us
