I mainly use the Wandsworth branch .

Your website is very poor. Does not flow well, and difficult to find products. The invoice stock is also very bad. Often it shows in stock, but when arriving it is "not in stock" waste of time. Why not get rid of web site and just make everyone call up the branch, wasting everyone's time. Fix the website, as it looks like an amature sit i could build at home.
In branch staff are fantastic, and over the phone helpful and know what they have, and what you need.

Good builders merchants, the one in Wandsworth is small but they seem to have everything you would ever need and there timber quality is very good helpful staff. You seem to be able to be in and out very quickly

The fence panel didn't have much information on the website, I selected the height of the fence assuming the width would be the usual size of 1.83m. We prepared the posts, but on delivery we found the width of the posts were actually 1.8m wide.

Great & competent staff, always helpful , competitive prices - strongly recommend them .

I have been using Lawson for couple of years now and they are great, good prices, great communication skills and speedy delivery. Will recommend to anyone who wants to get a great service with reasonable prices. Special thanks to Marlon that has been serving me for these years.
