Echo what the previous people have said about their cancellation policy and the fact that they feel all the onus is on the purchaser to know and manage all aspects of the contract. Which was hard enough to swallow that we had auto renewed 90DAYS before the contract start date, but to receive an unexplainable 10% price increase and with no advice, warning or reminder, is the worst customer centric approach I have ever experienced. We are still outside of a month and a half to go until the renewal date, yet they are resolute to holding us to another 12 month contract against our wishes. Beware all from using this company, clearly a mandate of how they wish to work and have no professional moral compass of how to do business.
Following on from the great customer service we always received from Lucy Murrell. Luke Uys, our new account manager is no exception in offering the highest level of customer focus. He keeps in touch regularly and definitely has our best interests in mind when offering such great ideas in us using Lead Forensics to benefit the business. We look forward to working closer with Luke in the Future.

Lead Forensic is very useful and overall a great tool to have!
Our account manager, Tilley, is truly so helpful. It's a complex system at first and takes some time to learn, but so, so useful for sales departments and provides useful info.
Would reccomend!

Before remotely considering this company(run for the hills), understand that as mentioned by other reviewers, the cancellation policy is that of a scam gym membership.
They have 90 day cancellation terms but instead of extra cost they feel they can renew you automatically for a full year.
Any correspondence they have with you when you try to cancel is two fold.
The first is the account managers only saying they will call to help you use the service and nothing about processing a cancellation.
The second is credit control sending demands for money that when you reply they don't bother to acknowledge (we get one a week that ignore our responses).
The product itself wanes in its use over time and isn't worth the high fee they charge.
Avoid at all costs!
Having used lead forensics for several years, this is a great tool that has helped our business gain new opportunities and RIO. The service we receive is really good and very helpful throughout the process.

We used Lead Forensics for a year but unfortunately found the value quite limited for our business.
A significant amount of website traffic was not matched to a company, and even when a large organisation was identified, it was often very difficult to establish who had actually visited. This was particularly problematic with universities and other large organisations, where knowing the institution was of little practical use in identifying the individual with an interest in our products.
Our biggest disappointment, however, was the renewal process. Despite regular account-management meetings where we discussed the lack of ROI, we received no warning that we were approaching the deadline to prevent an automatic renewal.
We were then notified of a price increase only after that cancellation deadline had passed. When we queried our contractual position, our email went unanswered. We were subsequently told that the contract had already automatically renewed for another full term.
We tried to reach a reasonable commercial compromise, but this was rejected and Lead Forensics continued to insist on payment for the full renewed term.
Whatever the contractual small print may say, we found the whole renewal experience extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend that prospective customers carefully check the automatic renewal and notice provisions and diarise the cancellation deadline themselves.
Based on both the limited value we received and our experience when trying to leave, we would not use Lead Forensics again.
I applied for an account executive role with Lead Forensics in July. I was quite impressed with the business as a whole; the internal recruiter painted a lucrative and exciting picture for a place to work.
Originally a F2F interview was planned, and I was prepping myself with the DNA of LF and how I would fit in; this was then changed to another teams meeting the day before. I prepped myself with how I would fit in and why I felt it would be a great place to work, I found this quite easy as my previous two sales roles essentially were a split of the role on offer and was simply a case of combing them, and the fitting in part was even easier as the recruiter told me how supportive the team is, and how a relatively new member of staff excelled to the point where they had purchased their first house. In the other words the culture was clearly welcoming and excited me greatly.
However, the interview itself simply didn’t reflect that. During the interview the hiring manager didn’t ask me any of the questions I mentioned above, and challenged almost everything, they even asked what I meant by “jealousy is the thief of joy”. It became clear that this manager was looking for any excuse to dismiss me, which I think is a poor interview aim. You don’t learn an individual by their flaws alone, and shouldn’t scrutinise every single thing they say. You want them to feel comfortable and just be themselves. If they fit then great. If not then no big deal.
The manager left it with me saying they would get back to me by the end of the week, but I never received anything from them. I even reached out to the internal recruiter who I initially spoke to and sadly I still didn’t receive a response.
After writing this review however, I was contacted by the internal recruitment consultant who spoke to me initially, they apologised for the lack of communication and spoke with me at length as to why I felt my experience was poor, and essentially heard my view.
This was greatly appreciated, as I mentioned in my original review I essentially just wanted my voice heard. I fully understand that I am not suitable for every role, and that not every employer is a best fit for me, but we both agreed that mistakes were made, and they even explained that the recruitment process would be discussed and reviewed with my experience noted.
This goes a long way for me, as we all make mistakes and I’ve always held anyone who can take onus for them and apologise for them in a high regard.
I still am of course disappointed with the outcome, and that the opportunity I was given as I don’t believe it was good enough to showcase how I could have been a useful and valuable member of the team, but I at the least feel heard and appreciated, and that’s sufficient for me.

We've been using the software now for about 4 months, and I've been very pleasantly surprised at the power and accuracy of the data it throws up. So far, we are seeing a fairly high ROI. A lot of it is down to the support and guidance of our success manager, who's been great in setting up and taking us through everything and runs great monthly calls that we always learn from.

NO WAY TO CANCEL! When you sign up, you CANNOT CANCEL your subscription after signing up. Per Lead Forensics rep, "we do not have any early termination terms in our T&As". We are a US company and we signed up, but were not using it after a few months, so we tried to cancel. LF refused to cancel the subscription but are still charging us (it's expensive!). Apparently, we signed a 2-yr contract that has NO WAY of cancelling the service. They can easily revoke access for a software service, but refuse to so they can bill us. We only have been offered by our rep "how we can get more out of it". It's not that we can't get value out of it, it's that it no longer fits our maketing/sales strategy so there is no need for it anymore. Very frustrating. We now have our lawyer involved.
It's early days for us, and so far everything has been well presented and seems to be working well. Marisa Wiseman has offered some great advice on ways to use Lead Forensics to our best advantage, so looking forward to it returning the results we're expecting

We have been working with Lead Forensics for some months now and the level of support we receive is great. if we have a question or query, they are very quick to jump on a Teams call, screen share and walk us through the solution. Although we're looking for a needle in a hay stack in terms of our ideal customer, Lead forensics helps us to identify those customers we otherwise might of missed.
