I was contacted re a small mark on the sole of what was their last pair in my size. I missed the email so they sent them anyway with a handwritten note saying I could either return them or they could arrange to refund a discount which they have done. Very impressed with the customer service!

A lovely dress delivered on time.

Lesley Ashworth always has the most beautiful items in stock but if you can’t find your size or want a different colour, they do everything possible to get you exactly what you want.
I have never felt rushed if I’ve had difficulty choosing between their gorgeous items.
Would definitely recommend (especially for those ‘special occasion’ items.
