Project copywriting and design

I hired Chris to put together some copywriting and themed imagine for a a high level and critically important project.

What struck me first was how helpful and collegiate Chris is; nothing was too much bother, and his eye for exacting detail is exemplary.

Everything came in on time and in budget exactly as I’d asked.

I can’t recommend Chris highly enough!

Chris recently supported the relaunch…

Chris recently supported the relaunch of two websites for our multi-million-pound satellite communications business, delivering a professional, modern user experience whilst ensuring strong SEO foundations from day one. Chris took the time to understand our objectives, provided clear guidance throughout the project, and delivered both websites to exceptionally high standards.

Beyond the website builds themselves, Chris' ongoing SEO and web maintenance support has been proactive, responsive, and hugely valuable. If you're looking for a digital partner who combines technical expertise with excellent customer service, I highly recommend Chris and Little Fish Digital.

Top website developer and designer

Have worked with Chris for many years on lots of different projects.

When it comes to website development he has never let us down.

Most recently, he helped us with a client's site that had been hacked. He worked tirelessly to clear out the hacker and infected files, all outside of usual working hours.

Cannot recommend him enough.

Book reviews

Book Review: That’s Okay and That’s Happy by Chris Dixon

At Capella House, a SEND school supporting pupils with Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN), we have found Chris Dixon’s books That’s Okay and That’s Happy to be invaluable resources in helping our pupils understand and navigate their emotions.

These books are presented in an easy-to-understand language that resonates well with our pupils, many of whom benefit from clear, simple, and direct communication. The accompanying illustrations are engaging and accessible, further enhancing understanding and making the books visually appealing.

The themes in That’s Okay and That’s Happy align seamlessly with our approach to supporting pupils’ emotional development. By validating a range of emotions and offering relatable scenarios, the books encourage self-reflection and provide practical strategies for managing feelings.

Our pupils have responded enthusiastically to these books, often returning to them independently as a source of comfort and guidance, particularly during challenging times. They also serve as a fantastic springboard for staff-led discussions about emotions, promoting a safe and supportive environment for pupils to express themselves.

We highly recommend Chris Dixon’s work to other SEND settings or anyone seeking thoughtful and accessible resources for helping children explore and understand their feelings. These books have made a positive impact at Capella House, and we’re excited to continue using them to support our pupils’ emotional well-being.

Excellent Book

That's Okay! Is well presented with easy to read words for children accompanied by illustrations which help children with difficulties like Autism understand how they feel when they struggle to understand emotions themselves. My son and daughter loved the book.

Fantastic resource

This will be an invaluable resource in my early years setting. Bright fun illustrations alongside accessible text displaying an understanding of children’s emotional states and self awareness. Also useful as a recommendation for parents/carers. Highly recommend.

Excellent set of books

I have been looking for these kinds of books for years. As an experienced primary school teacher, we are often looking for books that enable children to gain the vocabulary they need to communicate their feelings. The 'Thats Okay' book, as well as the Grief book are particularly valuable to have for families as well as educators. Ive even found myself using the vocabularly since bying the book and sharing with schools through the work I do as a freelance educator. Well done to both Chris and Michelle. Also the colouring in books are a really great idea and really keep the conversations going about emotions.
