Refusal to provide booked category
I ordered a Group C car (Golf or similar) as I needed to travel long distances and find that smaller cars are noisy and uncomfortable. I didn’t want a tall SUV, so I didn't order one. On arrival, I was presented with a Fiat 500X, which is a Group B SUV. I refused this and requested a Group C. They were unable to provide one, offering only three types of Group B SUVs, all of which were noisy, tall, uneconomical, and uncomfortable for long distances. Their attitude was astounding. On the basis that they classify SUVs under categories such as M, X etc, they justified charging for a Group C and providing a Group B SUV, as their alphabetical category was a letter above C. They would not consider internet listings showing these cars as Group B SUVs.
