Hired a car from Verona airport in June. We had booked in advance but unfortunately had a few issues on collecting the vehicle. However on returning the vehicle the manager was excellent, acknowledged our concerns and sorted matters for us efficiently. Thank you

Other company refuse to Renteria the car as my Driving License did not had a International Certification. They were sensitive and undertood my Driving License was valid and had a seamless and perfect experience.

Car rental went fine, but returning did not. There was no parking available at the mentioned location of locauto, and there was no person attending. After waiting for about 20-30 mins, one person came and guided me to some faraway parking place. Not a good situation to be in when you have a flight to catch.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The car was very comfortable. Booking process was very easy and enjoyable

All straight forward and as easy as possible staff spoke good English and we were quickly on the way 👍

The lady who provided us with the cars at short notice was extremely helpful in providing us with two cars. We had booked two cars with another provider and because our plane had been delayed by storms this provider cancelled our contracts and wanted more than double what we had previously paid. Although the price we paid for our rental with you was more than what we had paid in the UK it was far more reasonable than what our initial hire car provider wanted. Also the service was slick on pick up and on returning the vehicles

Hidden extras. Company tries to cheat you and sell useless insurance which is not required.

Friendly service from the staff member, great car choices available at pick-up. Easy to pick-up and drop-off in different locations as the Locauto offices were located walking distance to airports.

Maintained and almost feel like new. If the offered car has some issues, locauto does indeed inform you upfront during the check in process. I would definitely hire a car from them again when visiting Italy.

Car had numerous damage marks & dents..told to take videos of whole car ( in a poorly lit garage). Not a good start. Felt uncomfortable to sign to agree with all this damage. When I asked if there was a fuel station locally was merely told yes. ..no directions or map.
There was no water in the windscreen washers & wiper blades
Were very noisy ..needed replacing .I don't think the car had received any checks before pick up.
Struggled badly to locate any filling station for last fill..had to drive away from airport to fond one..very stressful. When I mentioned these things at drop off the Locauto rep just shrugged!
Overall quite a poor experience..would not use again!

Best described as excellent- car was clean, easy to find, and very polite return.

Staff and service were all good, but the car itself wasn’t. I ordered a ‘petrol’ vehicle of the smallest size, but got a brand new Fiat Panda Hybrid. Had I known how poor this Panda was, I would’ve refused it. A panda this heavy makes absolutely no sense and even less for a hired car. Max speed on the motorway 80 km/h and waisting lots of petrol to keep the heavy battery at 20% loading… never again.

The whole experience was excellent .. very efficient check in, fully explained the insurance options etc .. very smooth process was in my hire car within 15 mins .. the staff were super friendly and helpful .. highly recommend and would use them again
