The greeting we received was very thoughtful and caring in both branches and our funeral went smoothly as a lot the arrangements were made to meet our wishes.

Following my Mother's death, all the staff at Lodge Brothers were fantastic. Sympathetic, thoughtful, positive, and with an unerring ability to understand what mattered to us as a family, and what didn't in planning the time after her death, and then the funeral. Every family must be different in this way, and I'd trust all the staff I met to help anyone at this difficult time.

Thoroughly professional compassionate and helpful throughout the whole process. Shannen Lewcock was brilliant at taking me through the process and making sure everything was covered. Kind compassionate and understanding. James the conductor and his team were superb on the day.

My mothers presentation was poor and shoddy in the chapel, asked to bring in clothes but on seeing her only the top half of her was showing, she looked scrunched up in the coffin, hair unwashed, i know because i know what her hair looks like clean, too much wax on her mouth i could not apply lipstick that was offered. The celebrant was told of my requirements which were not fulfilled to my request, and i had a phone call from the Thames Ditton branch days before the service about music that the celebrant should have dealt with, the undertakers were first class, i believe the head undertaker was Paul.

Susi was extremely caring and considerate when we met and helped us through a difficult emotional time. She explained to us in detail what services were available and was so helpful Everything was so well organized The guys on the day of the funeral were kind and respectful of our needs. Thank you so much

From the first phone call to the funeral service itself we were treated kindly and professionally by the staff at Lodge Brothers. Shannen in the Esher branch gently explained everything to us and guided us through every step of the process. The staff who collected my husband and those we met on the day of the funeral were all very compassionate and did everything they could to make things easier for us. I have no hesitation in recommending Lodge Brothers.
