so easy and streamless to ordering and the staff are lovely

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered an item costing £235 which was advertised as next-day delivery via DPD with a signature required.

The parcel never arrived. When I checked the DPD tracking, the delivery photo clearly showed a parcel outside a property with a white front door. My home has a brown front door, and I was at home waiting for the delivery. There is also no signature recorded, despite the parcel requiring one.

I contacted the company immediately, but rather than taking ownership of the issue, I was repeatedly told to wait while they investigated with DPD. I have still not received my item or a satisfactory resolution. I have also been told I may receive paperwork from DPD to complete for compensation, despite my contract being with the retailer, not the courier. No paperwork has been received from DPD and the retailer has not provided any evidence that this has been investigated.

For a purchase of this value, I expected much better customer service and for the retailer to resolve the issue directly. Instead, I have been left chasing updates and forced to raise a chargeback through my bank. Unfortunately, based on my experience, my bank has informed me that the retailer refused any communication when they reached out.

The clinic is now refusing to update me and threatened to stop investigating where the parcel if I continued with asking my bank to issue a chargeback - they have blocked me on social media and kept my money - please do not fall for their adverts and fake reviews

Please beware of this scam

I am on my first week. When applying the process was easy to understand and thorough, including photo. I like that it is not subscription based and I can order supplies ahead of time as I travel a lot for long periods, so need to take meds with me. I am on day 3, MJ. Looking forward to my weight loss journey with LSC alongside me. Thank you for the prompt attention and fast delivery.

Excellent customer service for at least a year, very straightforward reordering, and no annoying texts to buy more, more, more. I would appreciate a slightly lower price comparable to other newer companies, but I do really look forward to the bank holiday discounts. Great company.

I used LSC to order my monjaro for many months without issue. My most recent order placed 21/5/25 has still not arrived by 10/6/25! It took many days of me chasing via email to even get a response from customer services, I rang the number countless times with no answer. A replacement order was supposed to be sent out for me on the 6th for delivery on the 7th. 3 days go by and I have no communication…again off my own back I chase this to be told the delivery driver “forgot some parcels”?!?!
These products are not cheap, this order is worth £198! I have not been offered a refund, even partially for all the trouble that has been caused, nor a discount for any future orders. I am so disappointed and angry. I want my order and some kind of compensation for all the time I’ve put into chasing this!
