The M247 Customer Services Advisor Rachael was absolutely amazing in assisting on a lengthy and complex Billing query which went of for several months back and forth. Rachael addressed the issues before they escalated further shows that a company truly cares about their customer satisfaction. Rachael handled the case very professionally, further investigated and always provided detailed and precise information, nothing was too much of a trouble or an issue for Rachael. We were also kept informed of the progress at every stage from start to finish and resolved everything in a timely manner with a positive resolution. All responses and communication received from Rachael were always greeted both in a friendly and business manner, it was truly very welcoming to receive such a great Customer Service experience. I had an issue that was initially affecting one site and Cade resolved the issue quickly and without fuss. Following this, I decided to be cheeky and asked him to check a few other sites, he did so again, fixed them where there were issues, and solved a big headache for me in a small amount of time.

This is one of the worst suppliers ever in our experience. They were forced on us by the landlord of a service office. Their prices are twice the going rate in the market. For example, their prices from five years ago are double our prices in the new office we moved to where a different supplier is serving the office. The new supplier is even delivering better speed. We complained to them and they took three months to get back to us. When the landlord evicted all tenants from the tower block to convert the office block to flats, they still wanted to charge us despite having a force majeure clause. When we showed them the clauses in the contract, they started to pass us from a customer service person to another and then to the commercial team and then started to blame each other and created a big mess for ourselves. Their invoicing is also not transparent and not trackable (lacks details as to which services we are being charged). I think the whole company is a front company for large asset owners and they just do not know what customer service is or what market rates are as they are getting the work and customers without any effort.
